自炊できるようにキッチン付きのお部屋を選びましたが、IHの出力が非常に低くて、いろいろ苦労しました。お湯にはなりますが沸騰はしないので、電子レンジで水を沸騰させて、それを使うという作業で乗り切りました。それ以外は満足で、部屋はとても広く、天井も高くて解放感があり、また交通の便もいいので、次の機会があれば再度宿泊したいと思います。

Dupon Circle内で、朝食もとてもよく、移動も便利でいうことなしでした。 次回もDCそば出張時はこちらにしよいと思います。 部屋も、せいけつでいいと思います。

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Home away from home. Side entrance you can access in and out like a true residential apt. Room had almost everything you need for a longterm visit. Only thing missing was an iron in the room. Walls are thin so hopefully you get quiet neighbors next to you and light footed neighbors above you. I would likely stay here again.

I have mixed feelings about this property. View, light, and privacy are very important to me, so I called ahead to make sure we’d be in a room facing the square (in the older building), not one overlooking the adjacent wall, as some reviewers had warned. I was advised to book a one-bedroom instead of a studio , as I had originally planned. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were placed in a room facing another building with very little light or privacy—and directly next to the noisy elevator. The room also wasn’t very clean. When I asked to switch rooms, the front desk couldn't help that evening (it was only 6.30pm), and I was told to speak to the manager the next morning. Thankfully, the manager was kind and accommodating, and moved us to a studio, which was exactly what we were hoping for—bright, full of natural light, and facing the square. There was some traffic noise at night, but it didn’t bother us. In short: our first room was a 1-star experience, the second was a 5-star. So overall, it’s a mixed review and i am glad we were able to change room after 1 night. Location is really great, and close to restaurants and shops. Lots of options within 10-15 min walk.

Grosse Zimmer mit Küche & Waschmaschine in sehr guter Lage. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great.

I had such a wonderful experience at Placemaker DC in DuPont Circle! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel right at home. The room was beautifully designed—comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with all the little touches that made my stay extra special. It’s clear they really care about their guests. I would definitely recommend Placemaker DC to anyone looking for a warm, inviting place to stay in the heart of DuPont Circle.I will be returning :)

Great studio apartment in a converted mansion on DuPont Circle. Spotless with an upgraded experience and a perfect location. Affordable parking is an available in the area not right at the entrance. Call in advance for the info to make your life easier. I travel a lot. This place was perfect!!!

Great value. My room was nice, perfect for long term stays w/good kitchen and even a washer/dryer combo. The flooring was not done well however and the vinyl planks did not fit correctly -big gaps which caused the planks to move around. Hope they didn’t pay that contractor!

Because of my flight, I arrived extremely late (around 1:00 am). When I arrived, I learned that I needed to fill out a form that Expedia should have sent me and never did. In addition, because of my delayed arrival, they declared the room as "no show." So I needed assistance with this mess. There is only a one-way camera to talk to someone, and I spent over an hour filling out the form and waiting for a room to be assigned to me - even when I had paid in full for my stay. I was provided with different codes to access my room, and several did not work while I was communicating with the person just over email. Extremely poor customer service

Great location, very clean and quiet. Helpful staff. We didn’t like the washer, it was washing and drying together but it never dried our laundry, we had to hang our clothes around the room to able to dry them. Couch wasn’t comfortable and there was no other chair for sitting. Too many unnecessary cabinets but only one night stand and no reading lamps.

Great location!. Apart hotel so had full kitchen facilities in the studio room. Great shower. Really liked it.

I love the mini kitchen and washing machine in the unit. Fits my Exact needs when in the Dupont Circle area.
