We return to this resort several times a year . Always pleased with the property appearance and comfort. Beautiful beaches! Convenient to surrounding restaurants.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our balcony was great and the bay view perfect! The room was nice and comfortable.

Amazing views, quiet and peaceful - just what we were looking for. Had a tough time with food selections near by, but will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for my birthday! The inlet was gorgeous and we walked across the street and walked along the beach for an hour the next morning. There's lots of good food around and the proximity to the ocean is great. The room was very spacious and although the air conditioning unit couldn't quite keep up and it felt a bit damp at times, it was still nice and cool.

Great place. Nice pool and hot tub. Wished they were open until 10 but it closes at Dusk. We will be renting here again. Loved the area.

Loved being able to walk across to the beach, the sunrises from the Bay were beautiful. Clean condo, super friendly staff, quiet location.

I’ve been a repeat guest at Provident Oceana over the years, drawn back by its fantastic location in Treasure Island. The proximity to the beach and local attractions remains a highlight, making it a convenient spot for a relaxing getaway. However, my most recent stay left me disappointed with several aspects that didn’t align with the property’s “luxury resort” branding. The cleanliness of the room was a major letdown. The floors were noticeably dirty, which was surprising and unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Additionally, the kitchen amenities were inadequate for a room designed to sleep six. There were only three regular-sized glasses and four small juice glasses, which felt insufficient. Several coffee cups and plates were chipped, further detracting from the experience and raising concerns about attention to detail. The introduction of a resort fee for pool access and towels also felt like a misstep. For a property marketing itself as a luxury resort, these amenities should be included without an additional charge. It left a sour impression, especially when paired with the other shortcomings. While the location keeps me coming back, I hope management addresses these issues—cleanliness, proper equipping of rooms, and reconsideration of the resort fee—to restore the property’s appeal and truly deliver on the luxury experience they promise.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms that are clean! Prices are good considering your only steps to the beach or the bay depending on which hotel you stay at, they are across the street from one another. We stayed at both, My son fished on the bay right off the dock, about 20ft from the Hotel. Publix grocery store is within walking distance. It was so enjoyable that we stayed an extra night!

Great location right on the beach. There is the option to stay in the bay side building or beach front building. There is easy parking and nice large rooms with full kitchen. Furniture is a bit dated and patio furniture could use an update. Overall, we would stay here again. Front office staff was very helpful and friendly.

beautiful view place and easy to get to. had 2 forks which made it hard cooking bed was very hard left early because of uncomfort and there were bugs everywhere that looked like termites in our apartment. i wouldn’t put it at top of list for places i’ve stayed on Treasure island.

This a great place to stay. Beautiful views, clean, and a short walk to the beach.

Is absolutely beautiful location, font deck super friendly and helpful, just so hard to get the umbrellas and bacaba from the hotel have to rent to third company. Need improvements for the supply, activity. Overall perfect almost here’s

Excellent view from patio. We were facing the ocean. 1 extra set of towls would be nice. We could have asked for but we were busy.Mattress on pull out couch could be better in room we were in. Wish we could have stayed longer but weekend rates to expensive. We would stay here again.

The hotel was amazing. Walking distance to a Publix grocery store and a liquor store for those who like to imbibe. it is a hotel that is child friendly so be aware of that if you stay there. I think the hotel should provide nicer towels. If you go on the beach and you get a little bit of sunburn and you get in the shower these are like little scrubby towels they’re not soft and fluffy like they should be. The TV situation was hopeless. It wouldn’t allow us to get information on what we were watching, we couldn’t pick a station without physically punching it in. But nobody seemed to know how to do it. But I wish I could remember her name but she was delightful and she tried to help. She’ll know who she is if she reads this. She deserves a raise. The pool was very clean although I never saw a maintenance guy there. It’s definitely family friendly and I recommend it. I just wish they had better towels.
