Our experience was very good. We loved everything about the room and service.
They did change our towels even when we hung them up. Not as eco friendly but not a real problem. I would have loved our beds remade but probably not a thing anymore.
I don't know if everyone's experience would be the same as our room was in the main building.

深夜に到着して１泊しただけなので、特に問題はなかった。翌朝の空港シャトルもスムーズ。ただし、スタッフの対応は親切とは言い難い。

The room was noisy, too hot and not very clean. The bedspread had several strands of hair and what appeared to be dirt stains. Road noise was fairly loud and the heater would not turn off.

One of the amenities of the property is air conditioner. There is a window unit in the room, and it does not work. I called the front desk. They sent maintenance with an extension cord to test different outlets. I already tested them with my phone charger and they all work. The problem is the air conditioner does not work. Their solution was to give me a tinu fan. The room is uncomfortably warm, and i have to keep the window open for it to not be smoldering. With the window open the outside noise is unbearable. An overall miserable experience.

Clean and modern, but room was extremely small. Sink was right in the middle of the bedroom/sleeping area, next to the one chair and desk. Heat was stuck on "blast furnace" setting. Had to simultaneously run the air conditioning at max in order to prevent heat stroke.

I have mixed feelings about this review. It is obvious owners care about property and are making nice improvements. My room, although clean enough could use deep cleaning. Bedding and towels were pristine. Bed and pillows were comfy. Two of the three staff members I spoke to were exceptionally professional and kind. One, not so much. I was worried about road noise, as I was close to main road, but it was really quiet. Honestly, I would probably stay again because price is good and location very convenient.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was roomy, clean, quiet with a nicely remodeled bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was pleasant and fresh. The shuttle to the airport was on time and proficient. Good hotel for a good price. We would recommend to friends and family
