We booked a room for 7 nights, during that time the maid service was terrible, no real set time that they would clean a specific floor, or rooms for that matter, we were their 7 days and they only came in to clean the room 1 day and knocked on the door 1 other day. We had to set our trash and used towels in the hallway just so they would take it. We was out of the room 5 of the 7 days for entire day and came back to no room service. Front desk was great with getting us the items the maids were supposed to do, towels, cups, toilet paper, cause we ran out twice with no maid service, shampoo ran out also so had to buy some at the Walmart ourselves because the front desk didn't know where it was kept. Breakfast was waffles, yogurt, cereal, coffee or orange juice, simple but good. Didn't like that there was no shuttle to the airport or Mall but the buses was easy to understand and very close, front desk should probably hand out bus schedules to at least these two places since they have both in the name of the hotel. It did smell like weed on the 4th floor most of the time. We didn't really expect much from the hotel since we were going to be out a lot but when I come back I wouldn't stay here again, mostly do to the maid service hassle and no shuttle or easy alternative told to us.

Room smelled like cigarettes. Mediocre place. At least it’s not expensive.

The location is convenient and the staff is great 👍

Experience désastreuse, la réception n’avait soit disant pas notre réservation, nous n’avons pas pu passer la nuit à l’hôtel et avons dû passer la nuit dans la voiture avec les enfants

The bathroom door of my room was a bit torn up, but thats about it.

The waffles for breakfast were awesome!

Needs to be updated and needs security in the building

I stayed here from April 25-28. The property is literally 3 miles from Mall of America. The only thing I didn’t like is the only thing they had for breakfast was Cereal, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, water and coffee. Breakfast can be better. One more thing the beds in the 2 bed room are full size they can be bigger.

Did not like the $10 parking fee and very hard to find a parking spot. Had I known about the parking fee, I would not have booked this hotel.

Room was clean, modern, comfortable. Lobby and halls smelled like smoke.

Front desk staff were not welcoming. They acted as thought I was bothering them. Housekeeping did not provide coffee when they cleaned the room. I had to ask for bed linens for the fold out couch and no pillows were available.

Room dirty hallway and elevator smelled like urine. Elevator had spit on the walls. Pool was cold creepy & cloudy. No hot tub eww. Hot chips and long curly hair around the bed. Stained sheets THE AC WENT OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. We slept in a hot room. The parking lot felt like a liquor store in the hood. There was a fight in the parking lot by 3 women lumber jacks

Our room was 445. They at first weren’t sure if we’d be able to check in and it was after 3 pm .. almost 5pm. The room smelt like musty stale cigarettes and the floors you could tell it were recently mopped but some spots were still sticky. Our tv remote was broken, and missing a battery. The lamp to the left side of the bed was falling off its area and the plug in wasn’t working so had to find another area to use in room. The mirror in bathroom looked like it was coming down, and some small holes in bathroom wall.

Neighborhood seemed questionable. Disappointed to have to pay extra to park. Staff was not very impressive - did their jobs adequately but extremely unique personalities at the desk. Facilities were very clean and nice!!!!!

Hotel just ok for one short night. Room air was stuffy and couldn’t open the windows.

Blonde lady at the front desk was horribly rude. Basically told us to get the f*** out because we “didn’t have a reservation” Refused to even look at our confirmation number with Expedia because she said that’s not going to prove anything and they’re not Expedia. Called the manager the next day and he was able to pull up our reservation right away so he was confused as to why she couldn’t find it. Although, he was very short with us and seemed to be on her side. A terrible all around experience when we always come into places with a smile and good vibes.

Hotel ran out of towels not even sure how that happens. One staff member appears to be on the spectrum was a little inappropriate with guest telling things about the hotel. He probably shouldn’t be saying. Hence how we find out there were no hotels pool area was overwhelming smell of chlorine. They also charged me a fee to park in the parking lot that I didn’t find out about until after I got home nothing was said to me in person.

Very loud room so I’m guessing it was not insulated very well. Could literally hear every door open and close.
