Desk folks and those helping were responsive and easy to talk to. The room had not been cleaned well for sometime and the details of clean seem to be lost on this room. It is and older place but still no excuse for not being clean.

The staff was great at checkin, the hotel really needs a upgrade to everything. The door to our room was super bad, bathroom was a bit smelly the tiles were pretty bad condition. The sofa chair in the room was very filthy, bed was not too comfortable. Location was great

Nice hotel near the USS Lexington and the aquarium. We stayed for one night only.

The room needs a little bit of reconditioning, but clean

There was black mold on the window sills and the ceiling. There was a cockroach in the bathtub. The curtain in the bedroom was a towel that was pinned to the wall. The sink had no hot water. The wood on the door frame to the bathroom was splintering. The door to the bathroom did not shut nor open due to warpage. There was dirt and hair in the master bed in between the sheets.

Outdated property that immediately requires renovation.

La habitación sucia , con una cucaracha en la cama y el baño con excremento, las instalaciones súper descuidadas, las chapas y las puertas en pésimo estado, los baños viejos u resbaladizo y sin tapete, no hicieron la habitación !! No todo mal las camas cómodas y sus áreas de alberca bien y la recepción pues respondió cambiándonos la habitación !!

Staff was quite friendly. Room was a bit small but I was alone so no problem.

I felt uncomfortable there.

My family and I took a trip for the Corpus Christi weekend getaway. We rated our stay as okay because the hotel was literally on the beach. However, the hotel could use some serious upgrades. The paint in our bathroom was peeling, and the exterior door had chipped paint. We also discovered roaches in our room, and the bed had dried blood on it. Additionally, the A/C unit stopped blowing cool air, and there was a foul odor throughout the hotel. Considering the price we paid, our stay should have been much cheaper!

To many insects on the room The conditions not the best for the price not recommended

The balcony door doesn’t lock. Look like someone forced their way in and they just stapled the door.

Bad condition This facility is not safe and is unsuitable for families. It shows significant signs of neglect, including dirt, rust, mold, broken doors, dirty drapes, and insect infestations. The restrooms and showers are in poor condition, with rusted faucets and unclean facilities. Additionally, there appear to be concerns about the presence of individuals involved in drug use and prostitution, further contributing to an unsafe environment. By far the pictures are accurate

Property in terrible condition. Needs to be closed and given a complete makeover. Property didn't feel safe. Breakfast was poor. 2 4 slotted toasters available - out of 8 slots only 2 actually work, when queried I was told - oh we really should take that away and replace it. Photographs on here must be really old as it does not look like that - rusted lamps, rotten wood, peeling paint, broken tiles, smelly towels, dirty furniture. On a plus, the bed was comfortable, even though the mattress did not fit the base and the place was quiet during the night. Dog hairs on the surfaces and what looked like dog scratches on the inside of the bathroom door. It's a real shame as it's in an excellent location, really close to the USS Lexington. The staff we spoke to were pleasant. Will never, ever return... I blame myself for not reading the reviews 😕

Do NOT believe the pictures. These pics are NOT what you see in person. Extremely dirty, ROACHES crawling on you at night, literally had two of them. Handles came off our doors and shower knobs. Splatter on walls and floors. Disgusting. Asked to get refunded second night as this was not a safe place for myself, baby, and spouse. They did this, but was not happy about it. Front desk lady was rude and even charged me an early cancellation fee. Which I did not take well considering why I was checking out early was due to poor conditions and unsafe/unhealthy environment. When I asked to speak to manager she told me I could when he arrived that evening at 11pm, and refused to call him. Needed to leave an honest review so that you too can protect yourself from this very misleading place.

It was terrible, don’t waste your money, there were bugs on the bed, showered, barely works, place was dirty and disgusting, hair in the towels that we had just opened up to dry our hands it was disgusting!! Worst stay we checked out 2 hrs after we checked in…I do not recommend at all

The worst Quality Inn and Suites, needed handicapped room, handicap rail in bath tub was broken and I fell. My left leg is all bruised and swollen.
