We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, convenient and pet friendly. The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the room price was inexpensive. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. And there were human treats (cookies!) and dog treats available at check in. Super thoughtful!

Very welcoming, professional, easy all around. Front Desk associates were always on point. Samantha during breakfast was always reviewing what needed to be taken care of. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in ever. It had blood on the wall and it didn't even look like the sheets were clean. And there were little bebes all over the floor, dead flies in the window sill. I would never stay here again.

It took a bit of driving around to find the site. My GPS was misleading . . . the property is tucked in behind the Hilton Garden Inn. You had to know it was there to find it! Some specific directions might have been good in the literature.

The room was rather plain....very clean, etc, but it wasn't anything that we'll remember. Staff and breakfast were great....except the butter for the waffle was totally cold and would not melt on the waffle!!! We've been in Quality hotels before....we would come back to this one!
