The bds were clean and relatively comfortable. Definitely needs an update, holes patched poorly in every wall and door. Front door didn’t close properly. It however was very close to everything you’d want to see. So as long as your expectations are low it’s worth exactly what you pay for it.

I booked a room with a king size bed and a balcony with a mountain view. I got a room with two queen beds and a window view of bushes with trash stuck in the branches. Also, the breakfast was all carbs except for the military grade scrambled eggs, so no breakfast for diabetics.

We checked out 2 days early because it was not the room we booked. It was supposed to be Creekside. They would not refund our money.

Saturday night was very bad nosey until after 4:00 am. NO SLEEP!!!

Breakfast buffet not at all like it used to be. Was the best, now no meat, dry eggs, sometimes no biscuits and gravy. Also both elevators not working, hard on my handicapped wife. Finally tv remotes not getting sub channels on the

I don’t feel like the room was properly cleaned before we got there. There was hair all over the bathroom and the drain got clogged in the tub, but the staff was super nice and responded quickly when notified.

this stay was Terrible. we payed for 2 rooms 2 double beds even upgraded to perfered rooms and the rooms were falling apart. carpets ripped up bugs all over the rooms we had connecting rooms we opened the doors a f pieces of the door just fall right off . the toilet buzzed suppppppper loud all night long. the only good thing was the front door guy wearing the tennessee vols shirt was nice guy. I am very upset and feel we should get at least part of our stay refu ded I have video and pictures to show if needed of how bad. we could see right through the front doors to the hallway . like we got put into rooms that the bathroom lights didn't even work we had to run the heat fanns to see when we showered.

It was my dog Lucy and I went on a small vacation, beautiful view around it the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable except for the bed the mattress was a little soft for my tastes but as far as that everything else was awesome, great location staff everybody was friendly and helpful.

Property was undergoing significant improvements inside and out. Our room, while recently upgraded, was not cleaned sufficiently for stays.@; ie: floors were very dirty, not all fixtures were installed, coffee pot did not work, etc. Should be nice when completed.

Thought this would be an ok stay for my family based on some other reviews. Boy was I wrong. Firat thing i go check the room and there was a huge puddle leaking from under the bathroom sink. We left while they fixed it. Every elevator was broken down. Had to take a stroller and kids up the stairs. Room had unfinished drywall repairs, paint and trywall cracking and falling from the ceiling, the balcony had no lock on it as it had been ripped out, no stopper for the tub and we were told to shove a washcloth in the drain. Then our whole room flooded. Like a river through it and got our luggage and clothes soaked. Apparently there was a hole in the fiberglass of the tub that leaked out, went under the bathroom floor and came up from under the bed and ran through the whole room. I was told to come back to the office to speak to the manager in the morning. After trying 4 different times the next morning, the manager absolutely wouldnt see me all while his tesla was parked right in front of the office. . They took my number and said they would call. Been days and ive heard nothing. I have pictures of all of this.

Great location, elevator to hillside property does not work, looks to have been out for a while. Overall decent property, would be great with some more maintenance

The room was dirty

The room we were put in was not the room that I booked online. We were supposed to have a soaking tub with a private balcony of the Creekside and we had neither. The room had a funky odor to it. Only 1 trash can and there was even a toilet paper holder. The door didn’t have any trim on the bottom of the door so cold air was coming all the time. The parking lot is terrible to get in and out of parking spot. We ended up leaving the room after one night of staying because the mattress was so hard you couldn’t even sleep good. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anybody to stay in.

The sheets and bed spread were NOT clean.

No water coolers on property u would have use a vending machines Inconvenient checking You wont get the room near water creek what u have paid for

Could not take a shower because there was zero hot water. Curtain not all the way on and light came through window. Bathroom light burned out and there was no closet to hang clothes. When I mentioned it to front desk, they said remodel wasn’t finished yet would not reimburse some money because it was booked through Expedia.
