展示会には便利なロケーション。また空港からのアクセスも良い。但し車の走行音がうるさい。朝食はいつも同じで、種類が少ない。

電車の振動や街の匂いが部屋にまで匂ったのでそれが気になった。

１週間の滞在でカードキーが４回も壊れてしまい、苦労しましたが、従業員の方は親切でした。コンベンションセンターへのアクセスは５分程度と便利でした。より近いホテルもあるのですが、部屋によってはMAXの騒音があって耳栓がないと寝れなかったそうです。本ホテルはその様な問題はありませんでした。朝食はとりあえずは食べれるのですが、品数が少なすぎてすぐに飽きてしまいました。

値段相応。コンベンションセンターでの仕事だったので、近いことがメリットでした。

When I arrived at 10 am, while regular check-in time is 3 pm, reception staff kindly kept baggage and have let me known by mobile when the room is available. So I could enjoy downtown until checked in much earlier. Location is excellent (1 min walk from MAX rail both directly connects to downtown and international airport). Room is cozy. However, I felt some smell (probably wax of floor or wall paint). Facilities are OK while they are not so updated.

MAXの停車場から近い、ショッピングセンターからも近い、デニーズ、サブウェイ、バーガーヒル、スターバックスなどの飲食店もすぐ近くに、グロッサリーの店も近くにある、ダウンタウンやウィラメットリバーからも離れていないので便利。空港へ向かうＲｅｄＬｉｎｅも朝４時から運行している。

価格の割に、ロケーション、部屋、食事、応対とも満足でした。シャワーのみでバスタブがない点だけは残念でした。

コンベンションセンターや路面電車の駅からかなり近く、周辺も徒歩5分以内にレストラン・モール・セブンイレブンなどが点在していて利便性は素晴らしいです。外観や設備は概ね古いです。WiFiは無料でそれなりの速度が出ます。ベッドは綺麗ですが、軟らかいです。部屋の隅はあまり上手く掃除されていないことが多いです。そして唯一かつ最大の問題は、部屋や廊下がとにかく「かび臭い」ことです。正直鼻が曲がるレベルなので、消臭剤は必須です。2日目にモールで消臭剤を購入して設置したところ、ベッド周りは気にならなくなって普通に眠れるようになりました。ロケーションを考えると、値段相当なのでしょう。次回また泊まるかと聞かれたら…3泊以内なら、私はもっとお金を出して別の所に泊まるでしょう。

Great staff. We stay there every time we go to the Moda center for a concert!

Desde que entramos a la recepción huele mal, los pasillos también y la habitación ni se diga, la carpeta súper sucia, ya he estado en estos y no han estado en ese estado,la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable.

There was a cream larva with brown head in the bed. Could not sleep. Son was getting married that weekend and ended up taking an Uber for 2 nights in a row in middle of night to his fiancee grandparent's house. The website stated there was an indoor pool...hasnt been working for a year. Horrible experience.

Bad experience

The staff were lovely but unfortunately that's about where the good things end. The hotel was awful, run down, creepy and smelly. Hallways were worrisome and creepy, and the room was old with a terrible smell (not as bad as the hallway but only by a little). Bed was sort of ok clean, had black hair in it and stains on the cover but sheets seemed ok. Roof was stained and flaking off. The bathroom was clean though and looked recently renovated - pity the same care wasn't given to the rest of the room. Breakfast was small but enough. I arrived late at night, honestly if I thought I could have left and found somewhere else at the late hour I would have. Would not recommend, as a solo traveler I didn't feel safe or comfortable at all. Very disappointed especially considering it wasn't cheap.

It was comfortable. The neighborhood and surroundings were ok but a bit sketchy.

Overall sketchy area, seemingly more transients than other folks on the sidewalks, and I am very familiar with rampant street disorder that the West Coast tolerates and I like to walk around.. the worst thing though were the inconsiderate guests blaring porn at 2am and others noisily coming in later at all hours. So no sleep is a dealbreaker! The actual room was ok, and there is a good Indian restaurant nearby (Naan and Curry).
