When we arrived late Friday they gave us an extremely dirty room with a stained smelly carpet and room smelling like a dirty mop . The air conditioning was not cooling. We asked for another room it was not until the next day that we were moved. The carpet was still with stains, the corridor carpet was all stained and dirty. That second day the cleaning service did not du the cleaning despite us requesting the front. Desk, the AC was also not cooling properly.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The location was minutes away from all of the main attractions. The staff was very friendly.

Dirty rooms and they won’t clean your room. Per receptionist they clean them every third day!

Front desk not the best but housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. A lot of maintenance needs to be done on multiple things but other than that it was nice and great location!

It was very close to the fun of Gulf Shores. Old but clean. Pool was fine. Breakfast was good. You get what you pay for. Staff was great!

They double charged me for a room the first room was putrid hadn't even been vacuumed or swept dirty bathtub with hair in it. First thing employee said apon hearing this was "I'm not giving you a refund"

Staff was friendly and quick with check in and out. The sheets in my room had a few small stains on the edges, could be old I wasnt sure. Carpet in my room had a few stains. The room however was spacious and the A/C worked great. The refridgerator didn't work that well. I only had a few gatorades to keep cool so it wasn't that important. The Bathroom was decent everything worked and they provided towels, bathcloths, and soap (I brought my own). I didn't have time to check out the amenities but the breakfast was decent. Overall for a king size bed, and a nice spacious room spring break weekend it wasn't terrible. For the pricepoint I'd return.

I didn't like ANYTHING. It was DISGUSTING. THE FLOORS LOOKED LIKE THEY HADN'T BEEN VACUUMMED SINCE THE HOTEL WAS BUILT. NASTY STAINS ON WALLS NEAR SINK, TUB, TOILET, ALL THE DOORS. THE ENTIRE hotel was NASTY. The gentleman working the breakfast bar was nice and the dining room was clean.

Property is rather old, so the carpets are pretty dingy and no hot tub (as advertised). However, the pool was open late, the room was decent and appliances worked. About 7 to 10 min drive to the beach. Staff at the desk were very curteous. A great ice cream shop across the road & Overall, it was decent enough for the price per night.

Horrible room. The air conditioner was contaminated with black mold that made the room stink above their sent they spray in the room. It triggered my sons allergies gave me a stuffy head. We spent 2 days without air conditioning because when it was off the room was fine. Pool was cold and murky. Toilet ran on and off all day and night. Worst stay ever in a choice hotel!!

Hotel and Rooms are clean and smell nice. We booked it because it had a heated indoor pool. Every time we went to the pool ot was freezing and no pool towels. Went to the front desk and they said they were working on the pool. Hotel just needs updates. Had a nice stay.
