This hotel was in a good location. Many places to eat nearby and 15-20 minutes from Kansas Speedway racetrack and outlet mall and casino. The rooms have been updated at some point, but quality was not the best. Flooring was a little warped, the light switch outside the bathroom was inconvenient, the handle for the shower almost came off in my hand—needs to be replaced or fixed. This hotel had the best price and I would stay here again. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

I really liked the shower. I did not like the bed or the desk chair. Room was musty and small.

Excellent hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and safe. Bed was very nice. Shower has great water pressure and very hot water too! Both gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend hotel.

The room and hallway we were first in smelled strongly of marijuana. Other hallways smelled like cheap cologne. They too were very pungent odors. Our toilet stopped working upon our arrival & the man at the desk initially offered us a plunger. I repeated that it was not plugged & again stated it would not flush & had very little water inside of it. I was then offered a different room. I then requested a refund and told the desk clerk about the room smelling of pot. I was told ma’am there is no smoking in this hotel. I didn’t want to argue but stressed to him that the entire wing of the floor reeked of pot. I was quickly informed that a refund could not happen. Additionally, the walls are paper thin at this facility, the sink faucet was plumbed backward and had little hot water, cleanliness was fair, and the furnishings were well worn. We opted not to attend the breakfast as we preferred to go elsewhere.

Our room smelled a little musty. The closet was really musty. Put a damp rid in there. The glass doors were so dirty.

I had room 107 and it was fine. My parents were in room 106 and it smelled of cat pee and my mother said the bed made noise every time she got up. She would never complain to staff but she will also no stay there again.

The hotel needed some general maintenance but clean. Loud guests were running down the halls yelling until 5 in the morning. This hotel will not be my first choice on the next stay.

Floor was sticky, smelled-could hear everything

I had reserved a double king room. The front desk clerk checked me into a regular king room. I went down to tell him. I had deserved the double king room that has the sofa and he said no I said yes, and I showed you my reservation and he said, well, you need contact Expedia. I have to charge you 10.00 more and he billed my credit card 10.00 for the room, I had already paid for. And the hotel, the second floor where I stayed smelled like urine.

Average stay overall. The breakfast is definitely lacking, often wasnt restocked/kept up with. The hotel was clean but could use an update overall. The elevator was a little questionable, definitely seems like it needs to be serviced or updated or something. Our A/C didn’t stay on overnight so our room got a bit warm but it was overall an ok stay.

Property was a bit on the needing a refurbish side. we had missing boarder around areas of the room and the bathroom wall had holes in it by the bathtub from previous damage. the elevator was not working and it sounded as if it had not been working for some time which was super inconvenient with my girlfriend having a handicap. the bed was super hard and we both left with our backs hurting and little sleep because of it. the property was fairly clean outside but there was a service box by where we parked that was open, exposing a 3-4ft hole in the ground. the stairwell smelled of feces and there appeared to be urine on the steps going up to our floor. overall, not the greatest hotel but for the price I suppose it was a deal. wish I had better things to say but it just wasn't great other than location. everyone we dealt with was very nice and the breakfast was as expected.

The elevator was broken, the cards stopped working hours before our checkout time, the staff was sparse. It was fine but nothing thrilling.
