The room furniture was old and dirty. Definitely not up the the rating listed.

We booked our stay online several weeks in advance. We booked a king bed room, and asked for a pet-friendly room as we were traveling with two small dogs. We contacted the property ahead of time to make sure that a pet-friendly room would be available, and that parking with a small trailer would also be available. Upon arrival, we found that there was nearly nowhere to park (we ended up shoehorning our SUV and trailer into a corner about as far away from our room as you could get), and that we were booked into a room with 2 queen beds. Now, the fact that there were 2 queen beds instead of a king would normally not prompt a review, but when added to everything else, I felt it should be added. The room floor was so nasty that just walking across it one time barefoot left the soles of our feet black. The shower took forever to warm up, and when it did, the temperature was inconsistent at best. The pool and hot tub were closed, meaning we couldn't even soak after spending all day in the car. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay at this location again. We stayed at a different Quality Inn the next night in Denver, and it was a completely opposite experience. It's not the hotel chain, it's this location.

Overall, good experience. Nice guest service representative at the check in counter. The room was clean, but did have a pretty strong smell of cleaner and we had to open the door to air it out. When we showered, the bath tub creaked, which wasn’t a big deal, but kind of annoying. Also, the fire alarm chirped a few times in the night which wasn’t ideal. Bed was decent. Had Clean linens and pillows were mostly comfortable. Went to the pool and hot tub…area had nice big palm trees, liked the vibe of that but the hot tub wasn’t hot and had a lot of debris in it, maybe due to windy weekend. Wished we could have been able to heat up the hot tub. Hotel is close to the freeway, which is really great for leaving, but a bit of noise in the night.

The pool was dirty, the hot tub wasn't warm and the breakfast wasn't the best.

The staff seemed to have problems with check-in the sink smelled like sewer

Dirty and smelled. Bathroom was missing shampoo and it looked like someone had snoked in the bathtub and burnt the side. Room smelled funny. Breakfast was not great. Staff was super friendly and did their best with what the property was.

the tv no signal, not working at all. Curved shower curtains water spills on the floor. No soap provided to wash hands in bathroom sink. told us to use shampoo to wash hands. one stairs to use to all rooms in second floor. No elevator.

This hotel is just old and gross. The staff was very nice and accomodating but the rooms were smelly, beds old and uncomfortable. There was not a single chair in the room. My husband said it reminded him of a Motel 6. Won't be staying here again until there is an update.

The one staff that we worked with was super nice, very informative and got us checked in fast. The room is where the issues started. The chair that was situated by the window, the arms of the chairs were sooo dirty, the mattress cover was disgusting, we couldn't make out if the stains were blood or food, we went with food because yuck if it was blood!!! The shower was super suspect, it creaked when you walked in it, and it felt like the shower subfloor was going to give away any min. The cleaning crew left a half bottle of lotion, no soap for the sink or shower, good thing I brought some from home.

Convenient location. Breakfast was not that good. We only had one day and didn't bother for the rest of the stay. The pool and Jacuzzi needs to be updated/renovated very badly, actually should be closed until updated. Ok to stay if you are on a budget.

Nothing fancy or special, but at this price point, it solidly met all the expectations. Clean, quiet, convenient freeway access, ample parking and a decent breakfast.

Falta renovación de las sillas de la piscina, y mayor mantenimiento de la misma. Un hotel muy viejo y poca remodelación en las habitaciones. Los empleados muy amables.

Perfect for what we needed. Staff was friendly & helpful.

The carpet was not vacuumed well. Furniture, wall, curtains, wall color and bedding looked like they were not uniformly updated causing colors and styles to clash. The bedding was not warm enough so we bought our own blankets at Walmart. The pillows were lumpy.
