Disappointing Experience at Radisson Hotel Panama City Beach I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Panama City Beach and I must say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the filthiness. The bathroom was unacceptable, with visible black mold lurking in the corners. I couldn't believe that a hotel of this caliber would allow such a health hazard to exist. After just 15 minutes of being in the room, I knew I couldn't stay there. I approached the front desk to request a refund, only to be met with a shocking response. I was informed that if I chose to leave, I would still be charged a hefty $300 for the night. It felt incredibly unfair to pay for a room I couldn't even consider staying in due to its unhealthy conditions. Ultimately, I left the Radisson and found a much better hotel for my stay in Panama City Beach. However, I was still out $300 for a filthy room that I never stayed in. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I highly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and look for cleaner, more hospitable alternatives.

Wonderful staff! The young girl at the front desk was phenomenal! Valet was awesome as well.

Everything about the stay was enjoyable apart from the customer service at the desk. They should work on their smile as well when talking with customers because they hardly smiled or sounded friendly in my conversation with three different people on the reception desk. They did not seem as friendly and they want you out by 11 AM Even though it mentions on every door of the room that the check out time is 12:00PM.

Elevators were a hit or miss but I think they were working on them, the parking was weird, thankfully they had another lot available right next to the hotel. Other than that everything was great

It was overall good trip only thing was the room was dirty and I requested for it to be cleaned and got no service

Excellent for the price! I am very happy with my stay! The room could use a little tlc but there was nothing that prevented us from having a great time. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thanks!!!

Room was not ready until 2 hours after check in time. They did give us a free breakfast because we had to wait so long for room. On afternoon of day 1, we were notified that the power would be going out by 7am the following day and would be out all day due to maintenance repairs. This was a major issue since we were on the 14th floor and would have no elevators, a/c, and unable to use our kitchen in our room. Also maintenance man tried to enter our hotel room without knocking and couldn’t explain why he was trying to enter our room. Scary! Room was decent for the price. Other than the lobby, this hotel needs a lot of cosmetic repairs.

The location and view were beautiful, but the overall stay was disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell, and the AC unit was so loud we couldn’t sleep, making it hard to enjoy our time indoors. The property had several maintenance issues, including a damaged shower, scuffed floors, poor air circulation, broken light switch causing the light to remain on, and ants throughout the room. Street noise was constant, and the smell of marijuana was noticeable around the property. Some amenities advertised, like beach service, were not actually available. We requested a refund through Hotels.com due to the condition of the room, but the hotel refused. We have videos and photos documenting the issues. While we loved being close to the beach, the accommodations did not match the price we paid and need significant improvements.

It was nice

Housekeeping sis not make rounds. Had to go down and get towels. A broom in suite would be good to sweep up sand.

Arrived early for check in, lady tolme I had to wait because room is not ready, after ten minutes another customer came in and they gave him a room key, weird, another one checked in and they gave him room key too, after the fith person I had to ask, the front desk forgot about me, 20 minutes waiting, building needs maintenance.

Nice property with good view of the beach every room has a balcony. Only problem i could see is property could use some cosmetic uprades such as painting

Tough parking only issue

Terrible and if you use 3rd party booking they refuse to give you receipt at check out. They will tell you that the 3rd party booking will do it in email. They will then charge you as you stand there for a smoking charge. We don't smoke. Its a scam. Terribly uncomfortable beds, rooms are not comfortably seating is terrible and the power was out the 3rd day of our stay and the elevators dont work half the time. So 10 floors up. Never ever again. They will keep you on hold so you just go away. Pay more go to the Hampton 2 hotels down. We usually stay there every year. They are pleasant and we've never been scam charged at the Hampton. Im going to plug them because the Radisson was such a scammy joke of a hotel. I am poating everywhere because they are thieves and liars.

Our room had dirty socks in the closet and food from previous guest in the fridge. Staff was not approachable/friendly as well.
