Older hotel that could use some TLC. No hot water do went to the front desk. As soon as I started telling him we had no hot water, and before I could tell him our room number, he informed me that the faucet handles in our room were backwards. Hot is cold snd cold is hot. Would have been nice to know at check in.

Nice place, good breakfast, quiet, clean. My daughter like the pool.

Loved our room. Jacuzzi wasnt cleaned prior to our arrival and the drain was a little wobbly, but all in all it was nice. The staff was helpful with all of our needs. The pool area was clean and pretty. No true complaints.

Location was the only reason I chose this stay.

Good location.Breakfast is nice.Rooms weren't that clean. Stains on couch and lounge chair had hair product from previous patrons.Make up bottles left in room.

The rooms were clean kind of the floors were very dirty when the kids walked around with no shoes their feet were black they floors felt gross . Also we asked for my rooms to be cleaned and they didn't come until 5 when we were already back in our room so i just asked for them to give me towels and cleaned my room myself

Overall it was a good experience, staff was friendly and being able to check in and out with my phone is game changer, but you could tell that the hotel needed updating. Things were outdated or just ran down. Was nervous the sink was not going to drain or the shower cut was going to fall out of wall. Was clean, just wish it was updated!

Our room was not what was pictured. We were put in a completely separate building from the check-in, which was outdated, full of bugs and previous people’s hair

I don't recommend it, the photos look great but in reality it's not like that

Everything about our stay was good. The staff was fantastic, providing excellent service throughout our visit.

Room was not clean when we checked in. When I informed the front desk, the rude person there said we were supposed to give 24 hours notice for cleaning, and disconnected the phone. When I walked up to the front desk, the sole person there claimed she is the manager, and said they need 24 hours notice to get the room cleaned or I can check out - and she will give refund for the next day - not the day of checkin. She was extremely rude, and raised her voice and escalated the situation, and made it a personal ego thing. She said she will make sure she will not clean our room till we leave - and that is what she did, even though the housekeeping person on the floor was willing to clean. Room was very poor - unclean, hair from previous occupant, holes in the window and ceiling, leaking faucet and dust bunnies everywhere. I have photos and videos that I can share. Extremely poor experience and poor customer service. Disgraceful to the Wyndham brand - this hotel should be dropped.

The hotel was not the best. The bathroom is small and the door doesn’t close because toilet is in front of it. A lot of dirt in the room. Water was yellow from outside construction.

The place needs alot of improvement. The bathroom tub is tilted and the color looks very unclean. Not recommend for families with young children. When you turn on the water it makes a weird noises. The room has a dim lights. Smh. The breakfast is horrible. Eggs taste very nasty. They limit servings to everything coffee creamier is very cheap and nasty. One waffle maker to a lot of people falling in line, always runout of milk. The fruit available is only apple thats not even displayed they will hand it you one by one. I would never stay at this hotel again. You get what you paid for. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else and enjoy your vacation! That fire alarm while I was giving my baby a shower was not nice either! Traumatize my kids when they saw a fire trucks and a fire alarm in the hotel so we ran downstairs while my kids wrapped in the towel. Ended up someone using a broken shower somewhere in the other room. Horrible! Not also a safe parking lot. Husband found a empty shell casing!

Nice room. great price

Damage in the rooms, guy cleaning to pool area was a super creep checking out the kids. Even hid in the sprinkler room with the door cracked looking out. Waffles and toast and coffee was all offered for breakfast. No fruit or yogurt. Cereal was low and not refilled by day 2.

Beds were comfortable
