Hotel staff didnt even look at you, the room had horrible odor of cat urine as soon as you opened the door! when I went to desk to complain, no eye contact and rolled her eyes and no apology, just gave me another room key. Had the gaul to ask me did I have a pet..seriously, no I don't and it is obvious that people live in that hotel..A huge dog was in the lobby and then on my way to new room there was dog feces all up and down the hall. jus t the worst experience ever.

Checked into a room the rip of pot was assigned to a different room on the second floor without an elevator finally made it to the level ground floor at check in.
Required extra pillows they were not available.
The property required Repair and Cleaning pretty much everywhere

This place was absolutely horrible and completely sketchy. When you pull up, it looks like an abandoned building nothing like the photos online. At first, the lobby gives you a bit of hope, but that quickly disappears once you notice the other guests, smell the drugs in the air, and get the overwhelming feeling that your room might be broken into.
It felt unsafe, unsanitary, and just downright uncomfortable. To make things worse, if you're coming in from the airport with luggage, be prepared to haul it up the stairs yourself there's no elevator.
Avoid at all costs. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel.

The lobby area of the hotel was okay, and looked nice, and the room seemed clean, but couldn't get truly hot water in the shower. The breakfast was okay, your usual continental. The bathroom sink in the women's bathroom in the lobby was leaking and there was a lot of mold under the sink. I told the front desk and they told me it was the (attached) restaurant's bathroom. Unsure if they wanted me to let them know or if they were going to take care of it. The rest of the hotel in the hallways also just felt "wet" like maybe water issues. The neighborhood around the hotel is nice enough, but the hotel grounds themselves were not well kept and felt a little unsafe/ unclean

1. The breakfast area needs to be updated with better tables and chairs. The countertop and floor need to be kept clean at all times that is not a good look for the business.

The room did not match the photos and it was obvious people do not report issues to the staff. The breakfast and seating area was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, faucet had toothpaste and water stains from the last guest. The shower smelt like urine and the drain in the tub slow to drain (stood in a puddle through my shower) the shower curtain rod was broken and we found a smashed bug on the ceiling. The shower towel was clean but stained and mirror also had tooth paste and water stains. The railings on the bed were full of dust, fries, and who know what. If I could rate lower for cleanliness, I would.
Before checking out we noticed the pool had a closed until further notice sign by the health director
I canceled my future reservation and would caution anyone planning to stay to have the room checked before checking in.

Don’t be fooled by the shiny photo of the lobby. This place is poorly maintained and unsafe. The surroundings are littered with all kinds of trash, including countless of cigarette butts. Access doors are kept open even though they were supposed to be accessible only with room cards. The first room i checked in had a broken toilet and leaking fridge. I had to switch to another room. There are no restaurants around. If you are just staying for one night to catch an early flight, this hotel works. If traveling with family for multiple nights, stay away from this hotel.

There was cobwebs around the side of the bed went to shower and when turning the knob it was completely broken like it completely came off also had a very difficult time getting the sofa bed open and also my “complimentary” late check out was denied!

Not clean room. Curtains in bath and window had burns and tears. Bed sheets had makeup. Cover had stain. Ceiling had tape from a leftover balloon party. Found a hypodermic needle at the back entrance. Dog mess at another entrance with at least 50 cigarette butts. Group entry and group areas clean and tidy. Placed in a back side with the bar music thumping till 1AM.
