Good location for us and very convenient to all the areas nearby that we had to go. We enjoyed the quiet and were able to easily and quickly get additional towels and supplies as we needed.

Quick check in. The staff has been very helpful. I am on a motorcycle, it has been raining, they offered towels to dry the bike and found some towels i could take with me, as my seat is very soggy.

I would have like to have the hotel provide a continental breakfast. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel called "Stacks" that was a rip off they charged me for the milk in my tea.

The Ramada Plaza was good. Showers had nice hot water and good water pressure. The bathroom sink was a little slow draining. We decided to take a last minute trip to Portland Maine and the location was central to all of the things we wanted to do.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Grounds outside looked well maintained. There was an odor throughout that was unpleasant. I couldn’t really tell what it was. Like a musty smell like old towels. And it felt humid and damp. Temp was hard to regulate in room. Very cold while AC running, then stuffy once it shut off. There was random hairs in bathroom that didn’t belong to anyone in my party. The room had all the things we needed and everything worked. I’m glad they had a little coffee maker in the room.

For the cost of the overnight stay, a basic breakfast should be included. Also, it advertises itself as a smoke free property. Someone was smoking pot both nights we stayed. I told the manager and the situation was not fixed.

Front desk was awesome! Very helpful and great in helping me. Overall however I would not say the room was worth $240 for one night. Sheets had stains as did the towels. The room had AC but had a funky smell to it. Again, the people and service were great! Quality of the room and hotel far below expectations based on the price. Would not stay there again.

Quick 1 night stay, easy peasy, room was good and hotel conveniently located right off the highway. Room rates were high but so was everywhere else so this made the Ramada economical.
