Todo bien pero el día de mi salida estaba tomando una reunión en línea que se extendió después de las 11, y a partir de esa hora las señoras de limpieza no dejaban de tocarme, incluso entraron a la habitación minutos antes de la 11 sin tocar la puerta , una situación muy incómoda y de mala educación. Muy mala experiencia

Breakfast were no too much options just bread and waffles

We walked in our room and smelled fresh The linens were clean and bright the bathroom and shower or excellent The TV was quality wide screen the service was great people at the front desk went very helpful and let us check in a little bit early and next time we're in town we will be at the Ramada

Towels had stains on them Room smelled dirty Pool was closed They didn’t have all the breakfast items out until it was almost over

Room was hot, pool and hot tub closed, room was old and “tired”. Staff was excellent.

We had lights shining into our room all night. Water pipes were extremely loud in the shower as long as the shower was running.

stay was great, clean rooms love that they are hardwood and not carpet. Breakfast was good only complaint was one waffle maker but if you go early you won’t deal with traffic. The beds were comfy and the rooms were more spacious than i was expecting, but our room had no microwave we didn’t mind going downstairs to use the one in the dining area. AC works great rooms stayed cold especially throughout the night! Would definitely stay here again it was a affordable good enough hotel for the value. Parking was $14 a night not bad compared to other prices i’ve seen around. $100 deposit is normal with mostly any stay I felt safe in the area we didn’t hear any police activity during the weekend

The customer service was very helpful and fast. The rooms need improvement, the bathroom fan was not working and there was a strong musky smell

There was: a $10 charge for parking, there was an unexpected $100 holding fee, they couldn't get the billing correct, the bed was too close to the front door, air conditioner was too cold, and there was no microwave.

We stayed for three nights, and the first room we were given had a strong unpleasant odor. Fortunately, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and they moved us to a better room the next morning. The hotel is a bit dated and was undergoing renovations during our stay, which may have contributed to some of the issues. Breakfast was okay but very limited—only a small selection of items, and just one waffle maker for the entire hotel, which caused long waits during the morning rush. We also experienced ongoing issues with the key card readers, which became quite frustrating. Despite these setbacks, the staff was consistently helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated.

The stay was adequate for my husband and I. The room clean. The bed very cozy and comfortable. Good shower. They didnt tell us they were in renovations, so many oddities. But Staff always made it right if they could. No microwave in room. Had to go to dining room. Frig didnt work, so maintenance brought another one. Swimming pool clean and heated. Jacuzzi heated, but no bubbles. 2nd day no internet all day and night, so we left 3rd day. The breakfast adequate to good. I made a waffle, they ran out of breakfast sandwiches. We had to ask them to get more. Breakfast had usual bagels, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, coffee. Other guest told us their TV didnt work and the shower handle fell off. Internet photos were misleading. They were from when open earlier. We paid $125/nite when comparable hotels were less without the problems. If you're just looking for a clean room, comfortable bed, quick breakfast, then it's OK.

Fresh coat of paint in the inside of the hotel would be great, the pool area was dirty

I would stay again

We rented a non-smoking room and was assigned to a room that smelled like smoke. We called down and they immediately put us in another room that was recently remodeled in an area of the hotel that was getting upgrades. There were construction materials lining the hallway (at night) and we went to the new room. It wasn’t ready to be rented out yet. The walls were patched but not sanded and painted. The WiFi did not work. The closet module was missing panel pieces. The sink stopper in the bathroom got stuck in the sink and we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. And the new curtains were too long so when you closed them the AC unit underneath blew into the closed curtains and not into the room. So I think they need to have some modifications made before they rent the new rooms out. That said, the staff were all great and attentive, doing everything they could to help make your stay as nice as possible. Breakfast was ok nothing special but at least free.

Well, when we arrived, the air conditioning was off even though they knew what time we would be there. It was 88° inside the room. They have crappy pillows .

Inefficient wi fi

No wifi connection beds we're very uncomfortable my window faced the pool area and all the light shinned right through i stayed ine night and left
