Room was clean. Seemed more like a an outdated Motel than hotel.Gated yard fence kept unlocked, all the entrances left unlocked, drug addicts hanging out passed out back side of building at night. Pathetic breakfast should not charged. Seen better free continental ones at many places. Staff just visiting when told no food out but potatoes. All they brought out was more scrambled powdered eggs. Didnt restock breads or the thin dollar store sausage patties. It was like a big burden to the staff.Why there is syrup when no pancakes or french toast. I regret prepaying. The hostess was sitting visiting never even check if we were guests let alone if prepaid.

Like the pool and breakfast

Checking in the staff wasn’t unfriendly but not talkative at all. I didn’t get the rim toe I booked. The room wasn’t very clean overall. I found multiple things on the floor that should have been caught

The photos of this property are so deceiving. They look all new and renovated but in reality the rooms and other parts of hotel were dingy, old, not cleaned well and smoke penetrated. It needs a definite upkeep for a lack of words and space here.

Staff went above and beyond for everything I asked. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

One of the beds felt unclean and there was some man hairs in the sheets and there was a big spider on the wall up high! But the location was nice and the pool area

Affordable and in a convenient location

I was traveling through Tri-Cities and reserved a room as i enjoy red lion. Discovered that location wouldnt work. Called and asked to cancel the reservation, before check-in. They CHARGED ME A FULL NIGHT, AND I NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN . THATS ROBBERY.

Loved our stay.

The tv remote didnt work, not enough plug ins. Needs to be updated desperately. Check in staff Mitchell was great

Booked a non smoking room, and was given a smoking room. Was told they could try to ozone the room but needed to be out for a couple of hours. They were unable to provide any other room, and cancelled within the 5 minutes it took to walk to the room and back to reception.

The staff was soo accommodating, friendly and helpful. The landscaping with the trees, sream and fountains were so peaceful. The only reason I found to mention was the drapes on the sliding glass door smelled of cigs. Definitely will be back. Thank you

Exit doors are not secured for entry w key card. Bath needs improvements.

Room/facility is a bit dated, yet met my needs. Having a $7 charge for breakfast seems a bit petty...why not just increase the room price by $10 with "free breakfast"?
