Although this is an older property, the room was extremely clean. I did not check in until closet to 10 pm the evening of 4/26 and there was an issue with my reservation, my fault totally! I had inadvertently confirmed my stay for the night before. The gentleman at the front desk ( his name escapes me) was very accomodating, professional and understanding.
The next morning (4/27) I spoke with the desk clerk on duty about the mistake I had made and she refunded my money for the night of 4/25. She was also very nice to do that.
Whenever in the area, I will definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival lady clerk was very dry, not a smile not a hello how are u, nothing. Was disappointed to find out that there was no indoor pool as described in the pictures. It was the reason we picked this place. The breakfast was the worst. Its a brown bag at reception with a banana muffin and granola bar. For the rates they are charging it would have been nice to have a bagel or waffles.

So so there was miss communication on red roof policy vs what hotels.com had about the policy which caused high stress for 30 an hour.

Very nice stay, friendly staff and clean room. There is a nice balcony on the second floor overlooking a nearby lake. I would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. The fridge was larger than what you get in most hotels and room had a microwave which is not so common.
