The pictures you have on your expedier site is misleading the room they had a bad smell the floor and walls were dirty their wre alot of flying bug they moved me to another room, which was the same. The pitches that they have is very misleading. The rooms have a very bad smell. That's even in the second row. Floors are very dirty

They told me they canceled my reservation when I tried to check in because there was no rooms available after already paying and them taking my money and telling me to contact the third party I booked through.

It’s a cool little spot. If you have a pet, you could bring your pet no drama not too much noise.

Area not safe

Dirty, under bed has not been touched, tubs dirty, floor was sticky, smelled like smoke, king bed was sinking on left side, dirty walls, no other option late at night. Dog poop and smelled as soon as you walk out. This hotel should not been in Hotels.com website. Dogs every where, even pitbulls. I can send photos.

Budget friendly hotel. Check in staff was nice. Booked non smoking room but it smelled like it was smoked in. Ashtray was on sink by soap. Roach was in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable and uneven. Pictures were very deceptive.

Not a good hotel at all..... Just bad, mold, raggedy bed , no breakfast

I enjoy my stay. It was OK. No one bothered me. That was the main thing. I was excited to be there.

Upon arrival I regretted my decision on reserving a room at this location. There were people just hanging out on the property. It close to a truck stop so it appeared like most of the women hanging outside were working girls.I booked a non-smoking room and was given a room that wreaked of smoke. I had to go back to the window in the vestibule of the lobby to reiterate that I booked a non-smoking room. I was given another room, didn't smell like smoke, but had a stale order. I did not like that the staff stayed behind locked doors and the window that you had to speak through was bulletproof. It was too transient for me, constantly could here people outside of my room. I left my room keys on the tv stand and left after a few hours. I didn't feel safe staying the entire night. That will be my first and last time staying there. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot. However the tv had no connection to the internet, so I was unable to watch it.

We were traveling with young children late and needed to find a place to stay. I mistakenly booked this hotel, realized my mistake and called to try and reverse it which they told me no. We decided we would show up and see if we could make it work and we felt so unsafe we didnt even get out of our car. There was a heavy police presence, our car was approached but a woman we believe selling herself, and people were outside smoking and partying in the parking lot- not somewhere I felt safe to have my children stay for the night.

Long term residents outside walkways, lobby filthy. Carpet dirty.

I didn’t get any sleep my air condition continue turning off and on all night I was hot and uncomfortable … ppl outside woke me up earlier than what I wanted to awaken …I’ll never go there again … where’s my refund …the manager came to fix the air condition … but yea

It was not a good stay I saw a roach. No microwave. I switch rooms and it still was horrible never again will I stay there. It was a hole in the wall.

What was unique was the gangs that stays in the hotel which came with a flock of woman sellingu no what,one of the days it was a riot police had to come over 4 cars deep now how unique is that for a travel with your kids and mom whom is 84 years old!

Horrible area and it looks like the tenants are people that are living there. I witnessed drug dealing right outside my door and a lot of noise late night
