Great location and great room. No complaints

Great clean pool.

I graduated from ORU. Everything was 5-18 minutes. Great time

Very professional and friendly staff, beau atmosphere, decor.

The bathtub was dirty and the carpet had stains room 214, food was on and service good but the room was nos very clean

We had never stayed here before and could not have been happier with our stay. The rooms were neat and clean, especially the bathroom.

Overall pleased. Windows need to be washed. Entrance doors need to be replace.

Pool was unexpectedly closed but they were generous to provide accommodations and still make the trip special.

Stayed at the Renaissance Hotel, Tulsa Ok on 3/24 - 3/25. Booked a double suite on the club room to enjoy snacks, happy hour and breakfast. When we arrived at check in our room was not ready so they gave us another room club floor. The Manager on duty announce no club happy hour tonight. Arrived at the club room with zero food and limited drinks. Not any water. The room was worn and the curtains were falling apart. Sadly never again. It was once a gorgeous and comfortable hotel. Guest should not have to ask for snacks on any club floor hotel. That’s the reason we chose this floor. Also, the TV did not work. It would play then turn off. This hotel is in major need of updates. The manager on duty was accommodating and we appreciated that.

Only stay here for convience to get to bowling tournament. Definitely has not kept up with repairs as the years have gone by. Dislike paying to park now.

It was amazing

The hotel was very nice, but we could not get the air on, and the room was quite warm.

I stayed at the hotel in early January, but have needed to think about my stay before I sent in a review. 1. The staff was quite friendly and one actually helped me get the cumbersome luggage cart in and out of the front door. The carts harken back to when the hotel was new, but as an older solo traveler, they were too much. 2. The lobby was very spacious, as was my room. 3. I had asked for a room with an accommodation (grab bars for toilet and shower) but did not get it. I felt too frustrated to ask to move rooms. 4. There are no microwaves. 5. I asked for the heating unit to be looked out while I was away, but nothing changed. There was no note stating it had been looked at. The front desk could not confirm. 6. Parking Charges - the reason I won't be returning to this property and will discourage friends as well. It's not covered covered, but just plain everyday pull into a space that at any other hotel would be free. To me, this says they are hanging on my their fingernails which is a shame. In it's day, it was likely a beautiful property. 7. Room service in take out containers. Food was hot and good but no menus in the room. I had to go down to the bar to order with two very friendly people. There was also a sign about random hours for a meal. I would suggest calling if you think there is a functioning restaurant here. On the plus side, it's a wonderful location, easy to navigate, and a lot of shopping and food surrounding the prop 4.

Carpet loose all over so we was tripping on it. Wall paper coming off. Room did not look like the pictures showed. It smelled gross. Tub looked rusted. Look like mold on ceiling. Very old and dated and expensive.

The hotel is outdated and needs some updating. I could hear road noise very well, despite being on the 4th floor

The people were very nice plus good service and food it was also a quite and peaceful place to stay an very clean this place definitely gets an A+

Beautiful lobby area, nice dining. A microwave and kcup coffeemaker would be nice. My only complaint is that my bedding smelled a little musty.
