I feel the service is good, but the building and equipment are not new. Noise from water pipe is big when using shower in another room.

朝食は品数も多くよかった。キッチンの設備は充実しており、長期滞在、家族で自炊などするには最適。浴室の空調施設の音がうるさかった。

交通の便が良い場所にある。コンロの火力が弱いため料理をするのに時間がかかる。朝食の質は、悪くない。月曜および火曜日の夕方には軽食が提供されるのでレストランに行く時間を節約できる。長期滞在に最適。 スタッフの対応は良い、

部屋の臭いが臭かったのと、窓のすぐ先に鉄道が走っており、夜中に目が醒めることがあった。残念。夜中のフロントの男の人は対応が良かった。部屋以外は良いです。

フルキッチン設備なので、簡単な自炊ができます。フロントで食材などを注文することもでき、プールサイドにはバーベキューコンロがついていて、一人バーベキューを楽しんでる女性もいました。朝食も美味しく焼きたてのワッフルが食べられます。ジムは24時間、プールは季節によって異なると思いますがAm8時位からPm10時くらいまで使えます。ランドリーは1階にあり3ドルくらいで洗濯乾燥（7キロくらいまで？）洗剤はフロントで1ドルくらい。リトルイタリー駅まで5分、リトルイタリーのインデアナストリートまで7分位。車がなくても、トロリーで行動範囲は広がります。レンタカーを借りた場合は駐車料金が最近値上がりしたとか、一泊20ドルでした。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーでトラブルにも親切に対応してくれました。

ホテルのロケーションが良い。車がなかったので、ホテルのシャトルサービスを有効利用できた。

トラブルにも笑顔で対処していただき、すごく素敵な思い出になりました。 スタッフの皆さんの笑顔は忘れられません。

Nice hotel like a mini apartment. Good amenities like parking and laundry. Parking is a bit expensive but it’s typical for the area. Great location

We had a pleasant stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott San Diego Downtown. The breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen setup was very convenient, and the air conditioning worked well. On the downside, housekeeping skipped our room one day even though we left the “ready to clean” sign out, which was disappointing. Also, the pull-out sofa bed isn’t really suitable for adults — the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, but fine for kids. Overall, a good experience and we would stay again, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

The electronics need a serious maintenance otherwise the hotel is nice

A wonderful labor day weekend get away from too much heat staying walking next to the beach with cold breeze around easy acces to attractions nearby and convenience store for some stuff.Highly recommended hotel with clean amenities and friendly staff our stay was great

This is older hotel you can see it and feel it. When got in Friday evening the room is a good size. The bathroom smelled really bad, it’s was due to shower curtain smelling like mildew. Called that night to let them know about it. It didn’t get changed till Sunday after telling them 3 times. Hotel is definitely not family friendly, more due to the people that were staying there having a problem with just kids playing in the pool. It wasn’t really the hotel itself, but the crowd that was there it was majority of older people who wanted “quiet time” in the middle of a hot SD day when kids want to play in the pool. Most of the staff working, there was polite. Except the gentleman that we got the first evening we got it. He was frustrated because we were asking about the parking which is $40 a night and you have to register with the city of SD to pay.

Great Location. Friendly front desk staff. Excellent fresh Breakfast with wonderful breakfast staff! Nice Pool. Overall outstanding experience. This was our second time staying and we will be back. Great room layout w/kitchen and foldout bed.

Staff was great from check-in to check out. All staff from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast staff. It means alot to have the right people on your team, it makes or breaks the whole deal.
