Very clean and great staff. We would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here.

It was very clean and all the staff were very nice. It's really nice to have a kitchen and full sized fridge with it's own ice maker. Breakfast was decent, only minor complaint would be that it'd be nice to have some fresh fruit along with it.

It is a great hotel.

Great stay for the money. Will return whenever I'm in Cedar Rapids.

We asked for room service at 230 pm when they had not come to clean the room we were told they couldn’t do it but we would be first the next morning. They came and cleaned the room at 1230 pm not exactly 1st. Also the door handle to the closet fell off they couldn’t fix till Monday because there was no maintenance service on the weekend. Paid way too much not to have a nice experience felt like a motel six.

Very nice stay

We had no idea the property was in the middle of an industrial area. No big deal and just a heads up; however, the problems began at checkin. The girl who checked us in said the card we used to reserve the room was declined. I reserved thru a third party site and had no indication this was the case. My husband went ahead and paid for the room with another card. Guess what? The charge for the room cleared my credit card 2 days later so we were double charged for the room (currently working to resolve this). Next, she asked for my Marriott rewards number but the trip and our points still don't appear in my account. Finally, the room looks like it had been badly abused by several occupants. Pieces of trim were missing on the wall shelf and in the bathroom, there was a huge gouge in the back of the door, grout was cracked and broken on the bathroom in the path of travel, the shower caulk was splitting so mold/mildew were growing, and there was a broken tile in the shower. I usually like staying at the Residence Inns but for the price you have to pay to stay there, one would expect the rooms to have some standards of upkeep...especially if you're charged twice for the room.

The staff there went above and beyond. Couldn't ask for a better stay and experience. Will definitely look to stay again when I'm back in town.

We stayed in a king bed room and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was a little wear and tear here and there and the body wash wasn’t filled, however the bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was very nice!

Liked the location

I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Plenty of room. Fridge and microwave were very clean. They provided everything needed to prepare meals. It was nice and quiet. Close to department stores and many restaurants. The parking lot was a little small, but luckily it wasn't packed during our stay. The pool seemed a little green, but the surface didn't feel slick or slimy, so I don't think it was algae. It could have just been the color of the pool. It felt clean. It smelled clean. No strong chlorine smell.

We enjoyed our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Nice place friendly staff

Short trip to visit a local college in Cedar Rapids. We arrived very early and requested an early check in. The staff was able to accommodate us without any pause. I’m so thankful to the staff who went beyond for us. The location & parking lot were quiet, well illuminated & safe. The room was amazing- clean and cozy. All staff were friendly and helpful. This exceeded my expectations. Will stay here again when I drop my kid off at college in the Fall.

I stayed here on a longer flight. I was told that they had a shuttle to the airport but did not. Other than that, the hotel was great.
