Check in was easy and had no issues. The room was very clean and beds are very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood is really sketchy. It smelled like weed a lot outside of our room. But it was quiet at night.

No staff. Robot service. Plumbing problem neighborhood sketchy.

It was ok we didnt stay the night tho. Beds seemed clean for the most part furniture was very worn and in not great condition mini fridge had graffiti in it and was dirty shower curtain had a hole and there was mold in the ceiling in the bathroom also the drawer had no bottom

Customer service would not help me cancel & refund when a wrong booking was made 30 days from the reservation. We had to book a night separately when we arrived and it was dirty and neighbors all around were noisy. There isn’t even a front desk helper.

Great place to stay

Every morning we had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper . Rooms were small and the mattress was horrible. Every morning we both woke up to our backs hurting real bad. For the daily amount we paid there was no coffee maker or cups in the room the only thing that are in the room was a large flat screen TV, a fridge and a old microwave that has a stain around the bottom where the plate sits. No we were not happy with our room and we stayed 7 nights. The office staff was never seen because he stayed in his room probably watching TV. And he was hard to understand. The house keeping staff was nice and hard workers. Will we stay there again? More than likely because that's the only motel in the area we need to be close to our family and friends and maybe just maybe the mattress will be better.

Staff was friendly. However the room was dirty and falling apart. We were missing the smoke detector and had a hole in the bed sheets.

Was leaving my room and got scoped out by a group of 9 guys. They all came out of a 1 bedroom checking out everyone in the area, had another group of men staring at my wife as we walked to our room . DONT RECOMMEND STAYIMG HERE, ITS UNSAFE!

It was cheap and very clean

No issues checking in! The staff us helpful with sense if urgency! But the hotel itself is in a bad area and has poor conditions. The toilet doesn’t really work. The beds are stiff and the AC sounds like about to break down any minute the place definitely needs an update renovation.

The room had obviously not been cleaned, big hunk of hair on the bathtub, dead bugs on the toilet, sheets had cigarette burns, the smoke detector was missing, no remote for the tv, cockroach in the shower and the plug on the hair dryer was cracked and broken

Check in was done virtually So it was not a good experience. I did not feel safe parking, walking to my room. As soon as I open the door to my room I got a whiff og bleach smell. We left the door open and turn on the air conditioner but it was warm air blowing. Also, the reatroom had cigarettes burns on the seat there were holes in the wall and we seen a cocaroach. I was so upset about the whole situation that i just dropped off my key and left after full 30 min of being there.

We checked in, found roaches crawling, blood stains on the sheets and there were sketchy people walking around and long term clients living there. We didn’t feel safe. Requested a refund at the front desk, they said we had to go through hotels.com. Called hotels.com, finally spoke to someone who told us it was too late to get a refund because it was now after 4pm. The hotel.com service agent, put me on hold and said he was going to talk to the front desk worker from the hotel, then came back on the phone to say sorry, we can’t refund your 3rooms your not staying in for the night. said they would give me a credit of $70 for my next stay using hotels.com. So I lost over $500. I went back to the front desk, spoke to Harry who stated hotels.com never called the front desk. This was a huge nightmare and money down the drain I wish I would’ve taken more photos, but I just needed to get out of there. Our Lyft guy picked us up and stated to be careful of bed bugs and the people around the hotel. Very sketchy

Hotel smelled like smokers even though we got non smoker. Bathroom toilet was broken from the top. The bedding had holes from cigaret smoke. The door in the bathroom would not close properly and was dirty. The smoke detector had plastic over it which was an obvious safety hazard. Room was old and seemed like no upkeep was done to keep the paint or room presentable. Also seems like a lot of people rent the rooms weekly or monthly just made it feel like it was worth the price point paid.
