Area is safe and quiet. Not too far from dining. I had a bad room that smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking room. Other than that, I’m always mostly satisfied with my regular stays here. Always a pleasure.

Stephanie, the front desk staff, was very cheerful and diligently attended to my requests. The other staff members were also very kind.
As for the facilities, I felt the shower pressure was very weak.

My friend and I were traveling to San Diego to visit her son in the hospital. We chose this hotel because someone had mentioned that they felt safe there. It's true, we absolutely felt safe during our stay. Everything was well maintained and quiet. The front desk staff were very kind. The rooms were well insulated from noise, and we were by the pool.
Although I don't need it, I was happy to see that they have a pool lift to help those with disabilities enjoy the pool.

No free parking inside the premises. Valley parking only and was pricey. If you decline valet parking, you have to find street parking which can be dangerous because you have to cross the street with cars overspeeding.

The location was near stores and restaurants. However, the front desk woman was not suited to customer service as she was downright crabby and irritating. The front desk was poorly attended. We went to check out at 10:00 a.m. and no one was at the front desk to check us out. We had to drop our key in a drop off window. Also, this was an old cheap motel with popcorn ceilings, a faucet too short to reach the sink which caused water to be all over. E en though the counters and furnisings were updated, I would not choose this place again.

This motel was chosen based on proximity to our family’s home. It was exactly what was expected for the price paid. We felt safe here and the linens and towels were clean. The ac/ heating unit was a bit finicky but we would stay here again.
