部屋のある建物は2階建てでエレベーターはなく新しくはないですが、清潔でした。 部屋の中は、広々としたリビングに、ベッドルームの2部屋で、クイーンサイズのベッドが1つと、リビングに収納可能なシングルベッドが2つありました。 キッチンはIHヒーター二口で、電子レンジと食洗機があります。 施設内には屋外にプール、庭にバーベキューができるような空間がありました。 長期滞在に向いているとおもいます。

ホテルの設備(プールやBBQエリアなど)が整っていて、ホテルでゆっくり過ごすにも適していました。 部屋は少し古い感じではありましたが、 コンドミニアムタイプで広々していて、良かったです。

Certain employees and their incompetence made our stay quite inconvenient and wasted a lot of our vacation time. Properties are timeshare so quality of each room will vary. The 2 different rooms we stayed in were pretty rundown.

Great property. Walking distance to the beach. Large rooms were very accommodating. The fam and I will be back.

The $25 parking fee is outrageous. Might keep us from returning just on principle. It’s not like you are in a big city or it’s structured, covered parking.

We attended a wedding at the historic cottage, so this is the closest hotel. This hotel is definitely a no-frills type of place. The rooms were a good size and you were located right by the beach, but we did notice there was mold in the shower and when we notified the operations manager at checkout, we are not really sure if anything was remediated and nothing was offered to us at that point. The hotel itself gives some nice coastal beach vibes, but definitely do not expect Marriott quality hotel rooms. It is a little outdated. The check-in process was very smooth.

It was a great space, room to entertain the family. Staff was helpful.

My kids LOVED this property and are already asking to return. This summer.

All staff, from front desk to housekeeper to maintenance and groundskeepers, all were incredibly friendly, helpful and pleasant. Very positive attitudes!

Great place near the state beach/park!!

We had a lovely stay up until checkout. Your standard checkout time is 10 AM. Last night, my mom was told that extending checkout to 11 AM wouldn’t be a problem she was simply instructed to call in the morning. She called me around 8:30 AM today to confirm she’d like a late checkout, since I had booked both rooms and she had arrived late after a long day at Disneyland with her friends. When I called, I was told that because I had two rooms, I could only receive a late checkout for one due to a large incoming party. That made no sense. The rooms were not even in the same building, let alone near each other, so I don’t understand why that would be an issue. We had also experienced poor customer service at check-in. Susan at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming both when we arrived and again when we called about late checkout. Frankly, she should not be in a customer-facing role. When I asked to speak with someone else, she transferred me to Denise, who backed up Susan’s decision without any real consideration of the circumstances. She also didn’t seem to care when I said this interaction would impact my review and future stays. The restaurant was excellent and the rest of the staff we interacted with were warm, helpful, and kind. I ask for the Manager Patrick and have never received a follow up. You should not be penalized for booking two rooms.

Great location close to our favorite beaches, restaurant on property was fantastic, great amenities, kids loved the mini golf and pool. Fully stocked kitchen and BBQ. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This place was OK. The lobby did not smell so great. The room was as advertised but.... The murphy beds pulled down and blocked the entrance from one room to another. The murphy beds pulled down to block the air conditioning. Which means the person sleeping on that murphy bed would be blasted by cold air all night long... We could not just open the windows since that would have left us with a safety issue as one window was along the public walkway to rooms. The other windows opened to a balcony which was 6 feet from another building that blocked any breeze. The AC was loud at 60 decibels when running. When we arrived we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator. When I stated that I needed a 1st floor room due to mobility issues, they stated that they were sorry. They had a lot of unexpected guest check in that day. I stated that I had made my reservation over 30 days in advance and should have had a 1st floor room since during booking I asked for handicapped accessible. I was given a room key to an occupied room and had to go back and hope they had a room for me. We didn't get much info on the amenities, just a paper with a QR code. We didn't explore much as this place was so confusing and frustrating from the start of our visit.

Really appreciated how simple they made things and everyone was super friendly, wanted to make sure everything was excellent. Great team and a great place to stay and enjoy OC!

Great place to stay to be wallkng distance to beach, many amnities, freeway access. They have activites daily also kid friendly.

Liked everything about the Inn. Will stay there again on our next trip.

We had a great time.
