値段相応。コーヒーメーカーは部屋にないが、朝七時に受け付けにおいてある。

ハットフィールド海洋科学センターでの会議があったので、そこまでのアクセスの良さ、周辺の利便性、価格の安さという点で宿泊することにしました。設備の古さが否めず、特に隣室や上階の声・物音・足音がもろに聞こえるため、静穏な環境ではありません。入口ドアの立てつけも悪く、完全に閉まったのを何回も確認しました。問題はないのですが、トイレ・浴室も古さを感じます。照明が暗く、この街の冬の独特の天候も相まって、部屋全体が陰鬱な感じです。周辺には、食料品店、レストラン、バーがあるので、この点においては便利でよかったです。この街に住む友人に宿泊先を教えても、どこか分からないほどの無名のようで、逆に心配されました。改めて、アメリカでの安かろう悪かろうを再確認したところでした。

Room service knocked around 9am and again at 10am. Both times they opened the door despite us shouting "no room service". 9 in the morning is way too early to try to clean the room. Knocking twice before checkout is rediculous.

Pretty much perfect all around. The room we stayed in was basic and perfectly clean. The hotel had recently been remodeled. This hotel is on the main drag so there was a little traffic noise (I always travel with a white noise generator for just such instances!) but not too bad. The location is in the middle between Nye Beach (ocean) and the bay; we walked to those location. We made the quick drive over the bridge to the aquarium, marine center and Rogue Brewery for dinner. A very good rate for a clean room that was a great base of operations for our weekend in Newport!

Brand new remodeled motel. Has a great ambiance and lighting outside. It was a little bothersome hearing construction going on outside cause it's not completely done. But just gotta get over that small stuff. Definitely a nicer hotel now in Newport oregon

Really enjoyed the upgraded look and feel! Staff was very welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. My only improvement would be to include a hair dryer in rooms. Traveled alone on this trip and felt very safe. Thank you and I will be back.

Newly remodled, clean nice beds, pretty bathroom. Everything worked great. Only thing i wish it had was breakfast and a pool. I will def stay there again if i go back to Newport.

We would never stay at this hotel again. The level of filth in our family suite was unimaginable. There was trash left over from the previous guest, hair on the toilet, dust coating everything. Within ten minutes of our three children walking around barefoot, their feet were black. There was what looked like fecal matter on the wall by the bathroom sink. The light switch was disgustingly dirty. The pull out couch was stained and filthy, the blankets and sheets with crumbs on them. Stained and soiled blankets on remaining three beds. For $350 we felt robbed. What a disappointment and a health hazard. Never staying again. Would have felt cleaner sleeping on the sidewalk.

Noise complaint issued as we were unloading our bags. Other then that. Clean, recently renovated, room was pretty small and 2nd bed blcoked access to bathroom

Great stay! The front desk agent was very friendly and the new room renovation looks nice. The walls were a bit thin bit didn’t bother us during the night. Overall great value for the price!

This motel has been recently updated in great ways. One problem Expedia can fix - they list the standard King room as about 1,000 sq ft. It is really more like 250 sq ft, and I think that is what they used to say it was under its earlier name - Money Saver. We were on the back side and were thankful since it was quiet and the other side might hear a lot of the highway noise.

Very clean, comfortable, would stay again. Good sized rooms. The renovation was a good idea for them. Workers did start working on the roof at 8:00 AM. We were on the 2nd, top floor, so we heard everything, but we were getting ready to leave anyway so it didn't matter to us. Very close to everything, we enjoyed this little hotel. We would absolutely stay again.

Overall nice place and the staff was awesome!
