リゾートタイプであり、敷地内に入るのに門扉が有り、結構面倒です。入場後もレセプションの位置も解り難い。到着時は夜だったので戸惑いました。季節により宿泊費に大きな差が有り、低料金時期なら満足感は強い。リゾートホテルとしては中級。

I have Been going to Shadow Mountain Resort for the last 8 years with my family and always have the best experience- staff is wonderful and helpful; the rooms are always clean and the grounds are gorgeous.

Great location, huge swimming pool and tranquil environment.

Shadow Mountain Resort is a hidden gem! The staff is friendly, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the location is perfect, close to shops, dining, and great golf. The pool area is relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. A great spot for a relaxing getaway!

Great place

Second time being at this place, love this place. Calm peacefully. This resort is has great service. Best drink at the pool bar mango and strawberry margaritas 🍹.

Excellent staff, especially at Above the Eight. The resort is kept immaculate. Great rooms, very clean. It’s one of my favorite places to stay.

The room was well kept and had beautiful upgrades however the bed was like sleeping on a hardwood floor it was very uncomfortable also I called for towels and they made me go get them myself there was never any maid service at all. Staff was friendly especially the security guards. But not sure I’d stay there again considering the price for what we got.

Nice place, close to our pickup spot for Stagecoach. This place had very friendly staff, and was easy to check in, they accommodated an early check in BIG PLUS. However the front of the rooms had no windows it looked like a jail cell block as you walked to the front door. No door fob’s old fashioned key. The room was rather small not like the pictures, small’ish fridge small kitchen but we made it work.Had a wet mop smell when we entered, opened sliding back door immediately. Pool was the biggest draw, had a restaraunt were you could grab “Bloody Mary’s” also food too ;). Be aware you will hear these tennis players early in the mornings…

We were not given the room set up that we had booked. After being told by the front desk they were sold out and this was all they had, we made due. Hotels.com did come through and get us a portion refunded and a credit for the app. The resturant food was good, we got take out one night. Checked in very late and it was process as the report is gated and no one is at the desk after 8pm.

We arrived well past the established check in hours, but they made arrangements to accommodate us and check in ended up being very easy, even at 1AM.

Stayed for Coachella and enjoyed how close it was to the shuttle stop.

The most tranquil weekend ever! Absolutely 10/10

They didn’t have body soap or shampoo. This is something that you would have to bring yourself.

Shadow Mountain is one of the older developments in Palm Desert, dating originally from 1946. Its main pool is an iconic landmark and much of resort space is devoted to tennis courts. Its location adjacent to El Paseo is great, so all the best shopping and dining is just a walk away. Look very carefully at any unit you wish to rent as they are individually owned and the updates (or lack thereof) will be highly variable. We stayed in a Creekside unit which was well away from the tennis courts and was extremely quiet, but the unit itself was very dated. Functional, but old. I used the gym everyday and, despite mentioning it twice to staff, it was never cleaned during our stay. Small annoyances, balanced by a good location and easy navigation.

Such a fun funky place. So Frank Sinatra. Tennis is excellent. It was in the most ideal location. Shopping, Restaurants and points of interest
