My husband and I have stayed here twice and were impressed each time. Staff is great. The food is great, particularly the Cali Cobb Salad and calamari appetizer. Rooms are very nice. The free shuttle to and from the airport is fantastic. We live in Minnesota and will always stay here when we are cruising out of Cape Canaveral.

３times wrong fire alerts and wrong evacuation announcements about 2:00am. Guests came out of building and gathered at frontdesk. No apologies nor explanations to the people. The cause should be mal-funtion (mal-maintenance).

Was convenient as was very close to the airport. The property looked well kept up. The room for being Sheraton was surprised did have a musty smell, the shower floor is very worn and had yellow stains. I think it needs a refresh. The comfort of the bed was okay 6 out of 10. The staff I will give them a 10 and the shuttle driver was super nice.

Quick ride from the airport. Suite was spacious and cost reasonable. Room was clean although the corridor to the room smelled a little. The shuttle service was a nice touch although a little confusing to find.

So expensive and no one tells you that you have to pay for parking or how much it cost. You hid the extra cost just to get the booking. Then you still don't even talk about parking at all during check in, let alone letting me the cost. Very shady!

The property is conveniently Located close to the airport which was our biggest concern but the property is a bit dated, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain water was able to be spared all over the sofa bad made lots of sounds as my kids were sleeping.

I think its nuts that they charge their own guests $21 to park in their parking lot. I had to park behind the building and walk back to the entrance in the dark by myself. Not safe and not cool to charge to park if I paid $130 for a room.

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem precisa ficar perto do aeroporto. Muito grande o quarto. Atendimento muito bom. Silencioso. Mas, o que mais nos chateou foi o shuttle que avisamos na noite anterior que precisaríamos às 9:30 e agendamos para esse horário com o pessoal da recepção. Tomamos café da manhã e terminamos o café era 9:20 e já tínhamos arrumado as malas e feito o check out, avisamos a recepção e o motorista que iriamos somente pegar nossas malas no quarto e voltaremos, chegamos no local marcado 9:30 e a van já tinha saído, tivemos que pegar Uber para pegar nosso vôo.

The indoor pool was under construction. The cleaning staff was talking loudly in the hallways every morning by 7am. I couldn’t sleep in for one morning during my stay there.
