I stayed at the Sherry Frontenac for 3 days and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before booking. Rooms: The walls are paper-thin. I could hear every noise from the hallway and the rooms next to me, even people snoring at night! The cleaners were loud, and there was absolutely no peace or privacy. There was no internet connection at all during my entire stay, and even my own phone couldn’t get a signal inside the hotel. Amenities: There was never any hot water in the shower. After long days, I was forced to take cold showers. When I complained, the staff did nothing to help. Management/Incident: The worst part was the way I was treated by the management regarding an incident. During my stay, a flower pot (which was already broken and barely standing) fell over while I was nearby. The manager who witnessed the incident assured me it wasn’t my fault and said I wouldn’t be charged. But the next day, I saw a $350 charge on my account without any explanation. When I spoke to another manager (Kay Ann), I was told the charge was “routine” and would be refunded after reviewing security cameras. Instead, the charge increased to $500, and after I checked out, I was told I would only get half of that back, which never happened. I have proof of all these transactions and communications, and the hotel has ignored my follow-ups.

Lo que me gustó fue que está serca de playa y ahi varios locales serranos donde caminar y lo que no me gustó fue que su recepción muy lento en atender , personal no capacitado , no funcionando aire acondicionado, los sillones que están en recepción no son de nada agradables

El hotel es antiguo pero tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda.

Pool Are and Beach were nice lacked enough chairs and umbrellas to meet demand. The safe didn’t work but they did quickly repair. The room plug for hair dryer didn’t work and the staff moved us to another room. The breakfast that was included was just pathetic, Salami and cheese were the 2 most plentiful items accompanied at various time by different bread items, on different days they ran out of coffee cups, a dry cereal, bagels, muffins, and whole milk . You good get eggs and other breakfast foods at an extra cost. Valet parking only $30 a day only parking availability,

Everyone was friendly. The staff made sure that we had everything that we needed. The only thing that I did not like was The having nowhere to park and have to find parking which was very difficult until we were able to use the hotel next-door. This is a great property they should really invest in buying some parking area

Room view and breakfast everything was awesome

Very dated, staff had bad attitudes. Fellow guest extremely rude and pool was dated/dirty..

Horrible horrible guest service, front desk dont care about guest ignoring people dont stay here

I like the access to the beach. Staff was friendly. Although they could’ve used few more chairs for lounging on beach and beside the pool. Definitely worth the money. Purchase your adult beverages at the store on Collins avenue not at the hotel to save money.

Love the oceanfront view Easy access to the beach. Plenty shops and restaurants near by. Only bad thing no parking and the air didnt work well during my stay
