駐車場でホームレスが自慰行為をしてました。

チェックインのとき受付の人が不慣れで予約がないと言われあせりました。その後予約があることが確認されましたが、コンピューターの入力、書類の作成も他の人に教わりながらで大変時間がかかりました。お部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした。隣にアウトレットがあり便利です。

キッチン付きのホテルを探していたので、便利でした。 ただし、チェックインはスタッフが一人しかいなく20分ぐらい待たされた。 ホテル施設の説明もなく、喫煙をしたらペナルティーなどのマイナス面の説明だけだった。 部屋は、スタジオルームで広い方でした、キッチンは食器など最低限のものがありました。 キッチンのコンロが2ストーブトップだったが一つ壊れていたのでフロントに修理をしてもらいに行ったところメンテナンス係は帰ったので自分が見てみると直すのを試みたがだめで明日直すと言って我慢したが直したのは2日後だった。 場所はラスベガスブルバードの南側、プレミアムアウトレットサウスの隣にあり、レストランや買い物には便利ですがレンタカーがある人向けです。 価格や目的に合う人であれば、普通に満足できるのではないでしょうか。

The room was OK I guess, but the beds were hard. Whatever cable company they use runs commercials every 5 minutes. Even on movie channels, So relaxing watching TV was a waste of time.

DISABLED PEOPLE BEWARE: the "ADA room," while spacious, is not actually ADA compliant. The toilet is too low and the only grab bar is BEHIND the toilet which is...unhelpful at best. The only reason we were able to stay was that we had brought our own over-the-toilet commode that is proper height and has its own grab bars. Without that it would have been impossible for me, as a wheelchair user, to go to the bathroom in the "ADA" room. Also, they claim 24/7 staff availability (including the sign on the door and our check-in paperwork!) Still, we called weeks in advance to let them know that we would arrive after 3am. They told us it was no problem and gave us a number to call. We arrived at 4:40am, immediately called the number and left a message and got ne response. We also went into the lobby (the door is always open) and called for a staff person and got no response. At 5am someone who we later learned was the on-site security person who was supposed to check us in when we arrived came by the van and told us that there is nobody there between 5am and 8am (at that time, she told us that she didn't work there.) We had no choice, after a 14 hour drive, but to sit in our van for over three hours for staff to arrive and check us in. The staff were all very kind and responsive, unfortunately the manager was rude and unhelpful. The free donuts are a nice touch.

I wanted a room with a coach and never got one. the pictures on the Las Vegas website and the Expedia website for the executive room both show a coach in the pictures. There was none!!! they told me if i wanted to book again and mention before i booked that i wanted that kind of room i would have to ask ahead.

Staff at front desk was extremely helpful. The only thing that I will rate "bad" is the beds, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed everything bout r stay handicap room was perfect for my paralyzed family member security guard lady do nice friendly frequent rounds 🤗will deff be staying here for now on when we visit Vegas

Lots of people smoking around parking area. The room is nice and spacious.

I like that it has the kitchenette, we can cook some simple meals. Don’t like that it only staffed before 7pm

It’s a good place to stay if you would like more of an apartment feel. Nice having a full kitchen etc…

Perfect lodging place. It's right across the outlet mall, close to gas stations, eateries, freeway, the strip. Very convenient. 100% non smoking facility 👌 quiet. They have a fitness room

Despite my after hours check in, someone was there to help me. And I like that the front desk’s followed up on my setting in. I picked the hotel for its convenient location to shopping, bus, food places and room amenities.

The room was ok but it look like an apartment building instead of a hotel . We had a late check in do there is no front desk . The gentleman that checked us in at night was very accommodating and did his best . I did not like the overall feel to this place .

It was mostly clean. Check in was awkward. It was fine for what it was. (We booked due to proximity to airport rental car return) Probably won’t book again.

I wasn’t even able to check in for my night stay. I stayed outside calling the lobby and no one answered. Super unsafe place to stay. Seems like people actually live there, it’s not just a hotel. Super dirty! Don’t recommend at all. Book a night somewhere else!

Has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful day.I will do it all over again

It was great for our short trip but someone was smoking near the back parking lot and the smell was coming into the room....wish the occupants would smoke away from the rooms

Stressful for late check in had to call a number but only got voicemail fortunately we weren’t too late and the kind gentleman got us to our room
