The person checking us in was helpful with info about restaurants near by. The room was comfortable and clean.

Clean, I had a problem and they fixed it promptly

Shaky start but once we got an appropriate room, it was an excellent stay

The pet area is very small. Love the Bumblebee ice cream truck out front. The curtains over the door need to be replaced. Shutting them was difficult. The young man that checked us out was extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. He made the stay for us.

We booked through hotels.com and there was no room for us when we got there. They were however able to accomodate us. The breakfast was listed in the brochure as 7 to 10 on Saturdays, but they shut it down at 9. Location was nice and hotel overall was nice

Work trip. Clean and quiet

This property is so clean and nice. Serves free breakfast everyday. Staff is excellent. Mario the maintenance man is super cool and helpful.

Quiet, centrally located hotel with a great pool for the kids—perfect for our family getaway!

Hotel OK, just very over priced for what you got. It's been around a while, clean but used and worm.

Check in was unimpressive. Agent answered basic questions but did not seem interested in customer service or friendliness. Some problems are NOT the hotel's fault but some goofball parked a giant refrigerated semi-truck under my window and left it running for hours. My windows were literally rattling. Finally (after 3 hours) at 10pm I went to front desk to complain. Agent was not really interested and said the truck parked under my window had NOTHING to do with the hotel. She also shared that she didn't think the noise would continue throughout the entire night. I had ZERO confidence in her response and asked to move rooms. She couldn't move me to a comparable room so moved me to a lesser room with no compensation or apology for my inconvenience. Overall seems like poor staff training and poor problem resolution. Even when it's NOT your fault you need to pretend like you care about the customer experience and do something to make things right.

Stayed here a few years ago and it was nice. The room this time smelled moldy. Almost left in the middle of the night.

The hotel was pretty good. Very clean. We were there during the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately they didn't get a food delivery so the breakfast left us wanting. That was the only negative part of the hotel. The pool and hot tub was great and the kids had a great time. We would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I highly recommend the yogurt. Be sure to visit Bumblebee Tea & Ice Cream in the parking lot. I highly suggest the orange cream float!

The patio door of our room was ~20 feet away from the pool.
