Friendly staff and service

Very clean. Nice breakfast and accommodating staff. Did not like the air conditioner … made a rhythmic noise when it came on periodically during the night.

We love staying here when in Rehoboth. Staff is really nice and accommodating. The breakfast is great, especially with a large family like ours. Eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee, etc. Room are clean. The outdoor splashdown play area is fun for kids and theres two big grills, adirondack chairs, hang out space. Highly recommend, great price.

Clean and comfy, front management I’m so upset I forget his name, young man was excellent. Very attentive to whatever we needed. Only issue was day two and the jerks next to us screaming loud talking at 7am. Other than that great stay.

The customer services are very vad and the attitude of the receptionist is not really good i don't like it and i don't recommend to stay in the hotel again

Very friendly front desk staff and housekeeping, room was very clean, family and dog friendly.

The staff were very pleasant, helpful, and engaging. They remained cool and calm when other rude guests were doing what rude guests do, be rude and inconsiderate to others. Staff was super accommodating and interative. I would stay again. The pool was a lifesaver for my kiddos and the breakfast saved money on other expenses.

Enjoyed the pool area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area small and can use an upgrade. Room with heavy doors leading to restroom that would slam easily. Found it unsafe with a toddler.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was overall in great shape. The daily clean could have been more thorough but overall generally okay. The pool area and lobby were very well kept and stocked. The pool is extreme child friendly with a fun kid splash pool with a little slide. There is a nice area to grill, eat and hang out by the pool. The hotel has grill tools for guest use. The location is a nice distance between both Lewes and Rehoboth.

We could not have been more surprised over the quality of this hotel. Being on the north side of Rehobeth gave us so many places that were easy to go to eat and visit. Will stay here again for sure.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location

The customer service team was very good and lots of shopping stores in the area. Almost all the things you need is in the room such as fridge, microwave, and ironing with a clean towels and room. The breakfast was also good. I will stay there again when I visit Rehoboth Beach.

I booked this hotel with my aunt and mom as a girls vacation and it was good! The room was big enough and the pool was nice to relax by! The grill and little eating area outside of the pool was good and a nice surprise , we didn't know that area was there when we booked! The staff was rude at check in but the staff we encountered with after that were super nice and friendly !

Good accommodations for nearby beaches and shopping

The front desk staff were very sweet! No matter what time we passed, we were always greeted with a smile.

The queen room suite we were assigned had a barn door for the bathroom that did not lock or stay closed, and the outlets didn’t hold any of our chargers. I requested to switch rooms and the front desk was very accommodating. They contacted me as soon as another room became available. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and my daughter loved the kids splash area. The free continental breakfast was amazing with several options to choose from. My favorite was the waffles and they had hot strawberries to put on top with whip cream. We only stayed one night but the experience was fantastic.

When we arrived at the hotel everyone seemed friendly. Night shift was on duty. When we went into the room the door stuck a bit and when the door shut I was still privy to any conversation going on in the hall. I could see a strip of light on the side of the door coming in from the hall though the door was shut. I used the restroom and saw grime and soap scum and black mold on the shower door hinges. I went to load items into the refrigerator and the freezer had 3 inches of ice all around the sides. The bed spread was dirty as though a little one ran on it with dirty feet. I decided to call the front desk and the phone was grumpy. I wiped off the ear and mouth piece. I let them know what was happening and asked if someone could come by in morning when we left for the day to clean it. We spoke to the cleaning person in the am to say what was needed and tipped her. When we got back at around 8-9 pm I looked to see if it was all done and it wasn’t except for the bedspread. I then went around cleaning it myself with baby wipes and antibacterial spray. Exhausted we went straight to bed. We had a lot to do in the morning so we got moving. Came back around 10pm and spoke with front desk, showed before and after pics. He apologized and gave me the managers card saying she would be there in the morning when we were checking out. She told me she was there for 3 days and things would have been taken care of had I talked to day shift. So, I guess it was my fault.

Has everything you need for an overnight stay. Great experience. Will definitely use again , next time I’m up in Delaware
