Was a great time. Will definitely go back in the future. Great price as well!

The staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable. The first night, there were loud people in the hall and the room next door until 12:30am. There was no drain cover in the sink. The mirror light was not working. The hot breakfast food ran out by 9am the first day, but it was there on the 2nd morning.

Got a great night sleep. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Clean and new. Inobtrusive flowery ornaments, also on the otherwise plain bedcover. An almost "walk-in-"shower with a comfortable only 4-5 inches high step.

Property was fine, and fit my needs

This is an older property and definitely in need of updating. Cleanliness is significantly lacking; although the room seemed clean, the halls and common areas were dirty--hadn't been vacuumed in some time--and the parking area was full of litter. I will add that I was warmly greeted and checked in by Sweaty, and I did enjoy the bed--very comfortable queen with a nice duvet.

Compact but very efficient and clean rooms. Very comfortable for 1 or 2. Everything worked! Nicely arranged and nicely accessible. Shower was upgraded and pleasing to use. Breakfast was basic, and sufficient. Older building system, with lots of rooms on long halls. Still, neatly updated and my on-night stopover was very relaxing.

The front desk attendant was sweet and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The continental breakfast area was crowded, but the variety of choices, both hot and cold, was great! Pets are welcome, so I think there should be doggie bags and disposal stations.

From the minute was walked in, we couls tell this was going to be a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very nice. They even gave us a goody bag and my daughter a small toy. The biggest thing that stood out was in the eveing, my daughter would not go to sleep. I went to the desk to ask if they had a vending machine that dispensed small milks and unfortunately, they had no vending machines. However, even though it was late and she was a little busy, the woman behind the counter took it upom herself to go to the kitchen and get milk for my toddler! In addition, the room was very nice and clean and the breakfast was out of this world. When we travel to Splash Lagoon again, this is where we will be staying!

Clean as a whistle, felt safe, super friendly staff, great breakfast!

Staff was very nice!! Breakfast was good! Room was a little smaller than expected, but this was our first time staying at a Sleep in. It suited our purposes for this trip.

This hotel was just what we needed. Clean and comfortable. No fuss.

Rooms are small but provide all needed for an overnight or weekend stay. Have microwave and mini fridge in room as well and small armoire bathroom good size

Very average hotel with small rooms. Paid extra for a king bed, received a queen bed. Our room was not ready for check in at 5:00. We received our key at that time and left to visit family, the reason for our trip. We returned at 11:00 PM to find we received a queen bed but we were too tired to talk to the front desk. In the AM, front desk argued and stated that we did have a king bed, that’s what it says on the screen. The bed was barely a queen. They would not refund the difference.

We absolutely loved our stay we stayed here a long time but it changed it’s name from the Microtel so a lot more updated rooms which was very nice overall a great location

Amazing

My husband and I stay here every time we come to Erie. We love the comfort of the bed and pillows, staff is great and the cleanliness of the room and hotel is fantastic.
