It was the very comfortable hotel!

No hot water in the shower. I called front desk but no one was available to fix due to the morning rush. I had to wash my hair in the sink. Front desk told me for 30% discount but bill was not revised even a week after and the original $amount was kept charged to my corporate card that I found out via Concur. Very old hotel, low level of service, they might be facing the shortage of manpower though that is not convincing enough to pay over $400 per night. NOT WORTH to the PRICE.

I stayed in their 1 bedroom suite. Bed slumped quite a bit and there were holes in the curtains but otherwise nice hotel and staff.

Hotel com ótima localização, é possível fazer tudo a pé ! Bons restaurantes e comércio em volta. Quartos amplos, limpos e bem aconchegantes ! Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Christopher Fuschetti, nos orientou sobre os detalhes do hotel e da cidade ! Foi muito atencioso e gentil com a nossa família ! Voltaremos com certeza ! Great location.

Only issue was that the bath towels and robes was very hard as if they have not been changed in a long time.

Great location with nearby shops and restaurants. Easy to walk to area attractions as well.

Hotel emphasizes its "French" ambiance, especially in food; friendly staff, bar/ lobby impressive; problem was valet pkg = $70 a day, and mini-bar in room asked $34 for half bottle wine; $14 for nuts. (are they nuts?) Breakfast pricey but excellent; There's an absurd Urban Experience fee of $28. Parking situation is awful in central Philly. All garages gets about $50-60 for 24 hours. Otherwise great hotel, clean, great food, great staff but Philly not my cuppa tea it seems. Best thing are 2 world class art museums.

Hotel was lovely. Just the right amount of luxury for the price. Beautiful rooms, lobby and bar. Only complaint is hubby had to adjust toilet a few times because water kept running after being flushed. And I did notice crumbs or dirt under the chair in the corner. Aside from that everything was lovely.

I love the location and i would definetly reccomend!

Beautiful hotel in a walkable area!

Our weekend stay was amazing. The property and rooms were clean. The staff was nice and accommodating.

The breakfast took one one and a half to arrive at the restaurant. I had bought breakfast included and they did not find. The room smell weird. I ansiedade question at the consier and they give wrong information. Will not stay there again

Beautiful trendy property with beautiful bar and friendly staff. Wasnt a fan of the giant pride flag as we walked in as I dont identify with it and it was in July
