Everyone was amazing. In fact I left my wallet in my room and Lindsey and her team kept it safe until she could arrange to have it sent to me. I’m indebted to the whole Sofitel DC team!!! Truly amazing!

Always love staying at this property when I'm in DC. It's convenient location to other points around the city, easy access via car or rail from the airport, super-friendly staff and comfy, clean rooms are a bonus.

1 robe in bathroom and 2 people stayed in the room. The shower was a problem. Either the water was too cold or scalding hot. No in between temperature. You could burn your skin.

The hotel was 100 years old very quaint and boutique- like. Loved the First Ladies art! Staff were very professional and accommodating. Thank you for suggesting Sofitel Expedia! Very safe and close to the White House.

I didn’t like the hotel at all. While it was in a great location and there was one very nice manager, he was not available on weekends. My experience there was disappointing, especially since it was my mom's birthday. I asked several times about arranging a surprise for her, but nothing was done, even though we had upgraded to a suite. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I have more to say, but I’ll leave it at that.
