Good for its price.

Tidy and quiet for it price.

比較的安くツインの部屋で泊まれたと感じている。

去年の夏に続いて2回目の宿泊。駅に近くSOHOのショッピングエリアも近くて便利。 道路側に面した部屋だったので夜中に外の音が少し気になるが、便利さでOK

エレベーターが1台故障していたので階段を使用した。製氷機もフロアごとのが故障して地下まで行くしかない。部屋に冷蔵庫がないのだからエレベーターと製氷機は整備してほしい。

部屋の掃除がきちんとしていた。騒音も無く快適だった。

駅も近くアクセスが良かった。また水の無料サービスはとても助かった！

Older but great price, quiet, comfy bed

Photos of the room do not depict the actual room. Upon opening the door and entering the room, there is a strong odor of mildew, the carpeting is sticky and I chose not to walk barefoot in the room. The grout along the sink is rotting out, the towels are in dire need of replacement and were covered in stains. There were a pair of dirty panties someone who previously stayed in the room left behind that only further validated that the room had not been properly cleaned. Drunk people were yelling in the halls late night, I notified the front desk who stated they were already aware but the yelling continued. I would not recommend staying at this facility. In booking this hotel I thought I was getting a good value by paying a lower price than other options, however I wish I would have known the condition of the hotel prior to booking, I would have spent a little more for a much healthier experience.

Great accomodations for a reasonable price. Quiet room with really comfortable king size bed, in close proximity to many bodegas and restaurants of all type. Conveniently located near 2 different subway lines and bus routes too. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

One working elevator for a property with this many rooms is not enough. We waited 33 minutes for an elevator on the forth floor with no air conditioning on the right halfway. Many people waited and were frustrated.

The room was not clean at all and very small. The entire hotel and amenities were outdated and in need of renovation.

The location was great but there was some patches of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Once informed the reception staff changed our room and no further problems.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, and housekeeping went above and beyond—adjusting their schedule for us, refreshing everything daily, and keeping the room spotless. The location is safe and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and the subway. Only minor downside was needing to go downstairs to warm food, but overall we really liked it and would stay again.

Pretty decent for what it is. Only complaint is the elevators are super slow! Rooms could use a bit more dehumidifier, but overall very clean and spacious.
