Worker was outside smoking and nowhere to be found- but attentive once we finally got her

The breakfast was terrible. Most of the toppings, fruit, and dry food was left out and kids were playing with it at night.

We stayed here for our annual trip to Hershey Park and it met our needs since we were only there to sleep. The location was great, less than 10 min away from the park and a creamery right across the street. It's not the hotel fault but we were disturbed by the room above us that were stomping and jumping around from 10pm-11:30pm... It kept my teenagers up, who were too in polite to report to to the front desk but it finally woke me up and I reported it. The staff went up and corrected the situation and they finally stopped 20 min after we put in the call. The next morning, the nose started by 7am. Again not the hotels fault but be aware the great price point attracts families with younger kids, and thin walls/ceilings.

I visited the property while I was in town to go to The Grand National Tour. The staff was very friendly, the lobby smelled so good and my room was clean. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for the price. Beds were comfortable. Sounds could be easily heard from room above us, so request the top floor. Breakfast was good, but limited. One staff member was outside the main entrance yelling at someone over her phone. Employees should take their personal matters away from public spaces.

Stayed for one night while at Hershey park. Nice and close to the park, clean, quick check and and check out.

Clean hotel

The check in lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The free homemade fresh chocolate chip cookies even made it better!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and quiet. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Clean and easy to access Hershey park

We did not like the fact that there were not drinking glasses in the room which meant we had to go back down to reception to some. Also no coffee in the room. Breakfast did not have waffles, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage or any of that like Holiday Inn Express does. Nice clean room but I hate when they get cheap and nickel and dime you

This family trip was very satisfactory. There was no inconvenience at all and it was a great value for money accommodation.

Barking dog kept me awake. When I mentioned to front desk they said I could move. Felt it was unfair to me that I’d have to be the one moving. Should’ve moved them to a first floor room.
