This is my 2nd time staying here. Just as good as the first. Highly recommend. Room is spacious enough to move around in and not feel overly cramped. Nice amenities and clean. Hotel isn’t run down or dated. Cost isn't too shabby either for such a nice place. Close to many things and staff is always friendly. This will be my go-to hotel for short stays moving forward.

Only stayed one night while visiting my daughter at local university. From checkin to checkout out the staff was extremely friendly and personable. Room was very clean and the beds comfortable. I didnt partake of the continental breakfast, but I'm sure it wouldve been as good as other reviews suggested. The lobby coffee/tea area was stocked with ample selections and clean. Very centrally located to wherever I needed to go. Quiet spot off of main roads. This place is definitely on my list of places to stay while visiting Rochester.

Breakfast is a joke They call it a bagel but it’s a few stale items and a bowl

The property has been improved since my last visit. Positives- very clean and well maintained. Negatives - free breakfast was not to my liking (would prefer hot options) and the remote on the television was difficult to get to the channel of choice. Neither of these are deal breakers but did impact my stay.

The front desk staff couldn't be more accommodating with check in and check out- great budget hotel-will come back again if we are once again in the area.The rooms were clean and efficient.

The suite was spacious and very comfortable. No microwave in the suite and no pool. Only cold options for breakfast, except the bagels. Customer service was wonderful. The mini fridge was too small, no freezer compartment but staff were extremely accommodating for us. Of course I would stay again. Comfy suite. Thanks Sparks

I stayed in the terrible room. The shower was weak and not hot enough. They told me to wait for 30 minutes. After one hour, it was the same lukewarm water. I complained about it. They said nobody is complaining about the hot water. They don’t even come and check the temperature. I waited another 30 minutes, nothing has changed.

Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I had an issue with the TV and they fixed it quickly. The room was clean and updated.

This was a place to shower and sleep - overall just okay. The front lobby spelled like wet dog. The fridge in our room did not work. The space was very dated and small. Other than that, it was fine.
