ランドリーが無かったので周辺のランドリーを使うことになった。 スタッフは皆フレンドリーで案内も的確だった。

Location was fantastic for tourists, just beside broad way and three metro station available. Hotel was small but clean, reasonable price considering it’s in Manhattan. However internet access was very limited, if you need wifi.

I stayed 3 nights for my business trip and I enjoyed staying at Amsterdam Court Hotel. Pros). Bed was incredibly comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Interior throughout looked modern and cool. Location is just several minutes walk away from Times Square and also a few minutes walk from a subway station. Lot’s of restaurants, pubs and mini supermarket nearby. All staffs were pretty much friendly and supportive. Quality of Wi-Fi was good and worked without any big issues. Cons). Sound insulation was not enough and it was a bit noisy. Strange dipping sound heard from a space heater.

Location is convenient to go broadway show. Times Square and subway station. Easy to arrive Penn station.

宿泊料が安いタイミングに泊まりましたが、コストパフォーマンスが秀逸。アクセスに関しては、地下鉄Eトレインなどの駅が近く、JFK空港への利便性が良かったです。

場所は観光地として最高。地下鉄駅もいくつかの路線に近く、ファーマーシーも近い。劇場もいっぱい。セントラルパーク、タイムズスクエアまで歩ける。 英語が得意でなくとも何とか対応してくれる。ニューヨークの古めのホテルにしては改装もされていてキレイ。 カウンター、ドアボーイ、シャトルバス手配も親身に相談にのってくれました。近くの屋台でスムージー、フルーツ、食事を買って、屋上のスペースでくつろぐのも良し。

とても快適。立地よし、静か、おすすめします。

Service Feeが別でかかることが明確に記載されていなかったため、戸惑どりました。

The hotel was good. Lighting is definitely an issue in the rooms.very dark but it’s in a great location to see everything. Staff were very helpful.

I was traveling with students with 4 total rooms. When i called to confirm our stay the day before I was told by the person who answered that that the hotel was closed as of the previous afternoon. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION FROM EITHER THE HOTEL OR EXPEDIA. After more than 90 minutes Expedia was able to rebook the rooms in a hotel that was in a good location, but was not as noce as was indicated in the previous booking or the second booking website

Loved it! Quiet, clean and affordable

Listen...it's a real great convenient spot to stay. I don't really mind that the sheets weren't changed—they just made the bed—or that the candy wrapper I left on the night stand was swept under the bed. I was confused why no one told me that the hotel would unlock my room for an engineer to come in within the few hours that I left for dinner to remove my deadbolt. I came back trying to secure my room for my own personal safety and could not do so. The point of a lock is so that I could prevent strangers from using the hotel key card to creep up on me while I'm asleep. What was even more unsettling was that a tall man in a black suit who I have never seen before, knocked on my hotel door minutes after I went down to the lobby to ask about my deadbolt "assure me that he is watching the floor". During my conversation with staff at the lobby, they found out that the e-mail I had written down on file during my check-in was also entered into the system incorrectly. Even after the staff corrected the e-mail telling me that they would investigate, I have no follow up on the incident by any staff or hotel e-mails. Personally, I wouldn't bothering helping out either but any contact would have been nice. Great experience overall. Take nothing from my experience, except the fact that I do think it's a great hotel with friendly service. Be vigilant of your surroundings so that you and your belongings don't go missing. If you're looking for a cheap place to sleep this is it.

Overall the property was great except that it was very loud all the time and the walls are thin

Unclean rooms, leaky washroom/shower, smelly carpet. Friendly engineers/cleaners but other staff rude.

I enjoyed my stay at Square Hotel, Only thing missing was a Fridge to keep my food from spoiling. Other then that Staff was very helpful during my stay. Thank you!

We booked this hotel based on the reviews we had read that said it was excellent. And those reviews were accurate. The location is fantastic. You can walk to the MOMA, Central Park and Times Square from here plus there are multiple subway stations nearby so you can go anywhere. The hotel restaurant and bar are also excellent too. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, as we were there earlier than check-in time. For the price, you won’t find better than this place. Finally, the rooms were bigger than we expected. We have been coming to the city for years and have seen smaller rooms.
