We never got to stay at the hotel. We received a call the morning we were to arrive telling us they had given our handicap room to someone else and had no more rooms like we had reserved ahead of our trip. We were very disappointed and cancelled the reservation and asked for a refund.

My crew thought the property was great and spacious for our needs. We only had one concern, the pullout bed didn’t come with a blanket, it did have a sheet and there were plenty of pillows to share. We will stay here twice a month for business.

The property felt new and had modern amenities but the cleanliness of the room felt lacking. There was a previous person's hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in and stains on the shower curtain. The floors felt grimy as well. Luckily I didn't need much from the front desk as there was rarely an attendant there to assist. Overall the stay was fine but could have been better if the room was cleaner.

Disgusting dirty floors! Per Management, the floor was not sealed when installed and it cannot be cleaned properly and is always dirty! When it was wiped with a wet paper towel, the paper towel was black (even after it was freshly mopped)!!! Management stated that Corporate would have to approve steam cleaning the floor and then sealing the floor to solve the issue. As of this date, Corporate has not been contacted.
