全体的に非常に良かった。チェックインが夜遅くなった為、ホテルを見つけるのに少し時間が掛かった。

期間限定にイベントだったのかもしれませんが、平日の朝食、夕食（ビール飲み放題）のサービスは、徒歩圏内に飲食店がなく、車も借りていない身としては大変ありがたかったです。

Nice clean room and excellent breakfast!

This property is very clean, and the staff is very kind.

Minor age in a few areas of the apartment, but very minor. Front desk, especially upon check in was excellent. The young man (I forget his name, but he was from Ghana), went above and beyond.

Our stay could not have been better. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast food wonderful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'll stay there again if our travels necessitate a stay in that area.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very clean, room was very clean. I only have one issue with my stay. The shower, it took at least 10 min for the water to even get warm.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay! The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was wonderful. My kids especially loved the pool, which made the trip even more fun. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here! Everyone was super friendly and the small kitchen was super convenient. It had an ice maker so we always had ice when needed. It wasn’t super busy, no loud neighbors. Very clean and comfortable definitely 10/10 recommend.

Sleeping on the bed was super uncomfortable as the bed is hard as a rock. The sleeper sofa tried to devour us every time we sat on it. There were paper towels in the garbage disposal. There were no dishwashing pods for the dishwasher. There was no hand soap or body wash. They gave us three towels for four people. There was no coffee or coffee filters. When we got coffee filters they were five times larger than needed . The hotel room appeared as if it had not been cleaned except for the bed linens. People were smoking marijuana by the pool constantly. Every time we ask for any amenities that we are expected to have in any hotel room we got looked at as if we had three heads. The ice maker did not work. And the smoke detector low battery alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning one of the nights we were there. Will never stay here again.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and no problems with the facility itself. Really nice and roomy. Clean and nice ammenities. Seems like it may have been a Residence Inn at one time so it's a good value at the price that I paid. This time things didn't go as smoothly but still 5 stars as it wasn't something they could control and the employees were great. Unfortunately they were experiencing a facility wide hot water issue outage for a couple days. I also had an issue with the lock on my door which kept me from being able to get into my room when I was in a big hurry. Initially they thought it was the battery but they literally had to use a wire under the door to reach up and grab the handle from the inside to get it open. Pretty impressive manever really. The combination of the problems from the facility were frustrating but the manager (Daniella) was great. I'm sure she was dealing with a lot of unhappy travelers but she is so empathetic and kind that it would be impossible to leave with a negative overall impression of the place. She ended up transfering me to another hotel on the other side of the parking lot which was just as nice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Austin as any facility can have mechanical issues but very few will have the staff to handle things so well.

I never really got to stay there. They did not have hot water and I got to know about it just as I called to say that I was going to check-in late. I had to find a different hotel at midnight.. not the best of experiences. They did offer to find me a place at Fairfield inn which is like a sister property. But Fairfield is not pet friendly.

It’s like a home away from home.

Bon séjour globalement car nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre plus grande car le lit n était pas un King size. Et comme la chaudière était en panne nous avons eu une remise commerciale. Très bon contact avec l essuie-mains, super petit dej .
