If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best condition. The walls are stained in several places, the shower curtain is dirty, the carpet under the coffee table has all kinds of mess tangled in it, and the bed wobbles feels like it's going to fall apart. I attempted to make contact with the property but they were either unresponsive or unhelpful. Expedia attempted to call them and they didn’t even pick up the phone. I'm very disappointed with the property and would not ever stay here or recommend this to another. I feel bad for the next paying customer if they have to go through what I went through.

Air Conditioner malfunctioned and we were very uncomfortable. I reached out and was told they would open a repair ticket. They never followed up again. I reached out 2 more times and finally a day later had to contact Expedia to be changed to a different facility. Expedia was the only entity that tried to fix this issue. Thank you Expedia for your help.

The property asked me to verify my information before checking in and said that they would send check in instructions before 3. We waited in the heat for 33 mins and I reached out again to see what was going on. By 4 pm the property messaged back and said we could downgrade which would not accommodate the 4 of us. My money was taken before

I was not expecting to go to an apartment. I was expecting a 4star hotel. It was like a someone rent out their unit. U call them n they unlock the door and tell u where the keys is kept. The key to enter the property did not work. Some resident of the property had to let me in after I went to my car.

Amazing host!! Very courteous, pleasant and friendly! Will definitely stay there again and most certainly recommend the place for business or leisure travel. Thank you very much!!

Just love the entire property.

We stayed here over the summer for a few days. First the communication to try and get the code at check in was not provided right away. They kept saying someone would call and give the code. It took an hour for a call back. We get to the apartment and the maid is still cleaning so we waited in the hall for about 15-20 min. When we gained access after the maid left. We did our walk around and the showers were dirty, glitter on the couch, stools at the island were sticky and the worst was the sheets for one bedroom were damp. Never again

The place is very nice BUT the furniture needs a good cleaning. Couch pillows were dirty and the couch cushion covers were dirty and coming off.

Checking in was a nightmare-very sketchy. The dishwasher and washing machine were broke. There weren’t any tissues or dish washer pods. We had to purchase extra things including towels because they were not provided. Prior to us staying there. Parking was also a nightmare and whenever we would reach out for support, we got late responses - check out instructions were sent after 11pm.

Couldn't get anyone to help me at the apartment and couldn't get any to answer phone to help me. Got charged and I didn't even stay

Space was clean and easily accessible.

My stay at this hotel was average. The location was convenient, especially since I was attending a conference at UT Dallas. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms left much to be desired. There were noticeable issues that detracted from the overall comfort. Communication could have been improved, particularly on the morning of checkout. I experienced a significant inconvenience when I was locked out of my room due to a malfunctioning key fob. This issue was exacerbated by the complex-wide technical difficulties, making it difficult to receive a rapid response from the owner. The check-in instructions should be more clearer. While the location is a plus, improvements in cleanliness, communication, and clarity of instructions are needed for a better guest experience.

This place was better than I expected and was amazing at the same time. From reservation to check out, the communication requires to make me feel comfortable visiting a new location was wonderful. Every question was answered clearly and visuals provided to help me follow directions clearly. The apartment was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The pictures did not do it justice. It was everytwe needed and more than we expected. Clean, quiet, safe location with ample parking. Close to a plethora of food options and located right off the highway so it makes getting around easy. I will definitely choose this spot again when/if I return to the Dallas area.

Property and communication was excellent! I would stay here again.

From The moment we got there the Experience was everything. We received clear instructions on arrival. Communication was excellent. Both apartments were clean and inviting. I didn’t hear any noise being it was very quiet. The apartment is true to description. The apartment is fully furnished on down to trash bags and dish soap and many more amenities. I hope to come back soon. I really felt at home away from home. Thanks for a wonderful experience for Mother’s Day
