エアコンが滞在１日目で壊れました。セントラルヒーティングのようで、治せないと言われてヒーターを持ってきますと言ってきたのが扇風機で。。。その次に持ってきたのが小型のファンヒーターでした。３泊だったので耐えましたが、もう少し長かったら風邪ひいていたと思います。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーだし、施設もウオータースタンドがあって、マイボトルもありました。 ベッドはフカフカで掛け布団も大きかったです。 シャワーはレインシャワーで扉がないやつで、アメリカあるあるで想定内でしたが、バスルームが濡れるのがちょっと気になりました。 歯ブラシはついていません。 出張で泊まるのはいいと思います。

フロントの人がとてもフレンドリーで話しやすかった

It was a good location- easy to get to from the airport. Very friendly staff- rooms were great and very quiet. One elevator was not working-- only negative. I would highly recommend.

The staff was helpful and kind. We stayed with our dog and it was a rad pet parent experience. We will definitely always rebook when we’re in town.

Great, welcoming hotel! Super convenient to downtown Portland and easy to get to the highways and out to the surrounding area. Afternoon snacks and coffee were great, and staff was wonderfully helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend!

Location is good, water front and on the edge of downtown, and is super pet friendly which is one of the main reason for picking this hotel. Hotel seems to have been updated in recent years, with more up to date furnishing and hardware. The beds are comfy so are the duvet and pillows. There was a form pad for our dog, along with treats and a toy. The street along the river had some traffic, so there was some loud car noise till past midnight. Parking spots are very tight, more for compact than mid-size SUVs, and not enough. The hotel has some way of finding more parking though. After checking in fairly late in the evening, found the toilet kind of blocked with very slow draining. Mentioned it to the front desk, and they gave me a plunger to clear it myself. Well, I'm capable of doing it and did clear it, but would expected the hotel maids should have found and fixed the issue before guests' arrival, hence deduction of a star.

Best hotel of our week-long Oregon trip, by a lot. We originally booked with the intent to bring our dog, and they asked her name, which was sweet. Unfortunately we lost her before the trip. I let them know, and they replied with condolences, which they didn’t have to do. In addition, they left a handwritten card in the room in sympathy. That’s well above and beyond expectations. In addition, the room was very comfortable, very clean, and very well equipped. The device-to-TV streaming mechanism was not working, but that was the only (extremely minor) thing that wasn’t perfect. The parking was a little sketchy, but it’s Portland. The space I pulled into had someone’s sandals, a bowl, and broken automotive glass. Didn’t like that, but someone cleaned most of it up the next day. They have four EV charging stations, which is great, and there was a cone with an old note that looked like they’d block one off for you if you asked. Price wasn’t amazing, on top of the parking fee, but mention that at the desk and see if they’ll help you out.

Da sich vor dem Hotel und in der Umgebung viele Obdachlose aufhalten und dort auch ihr Lager aufschlagen, fühlt man sich nicht wirklich sicher

This was a great stop for us and our dog Myrtle. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Kennedy who helped us check in a bit early and everyone who made a fuss of our dog. The room was somewhat basic but very comfortable with comfy bedding and towels. We were on the fifth floor with a river view, which was pretty quiet. It was easy to walk to downtown and Old Town plus over to east Portland. Great customer service and they make you feel very welcome.

The bedding is comfortable and lobby ambiance pleasant as with all pineapple hotels. But this hotel itself is old and a bit rundown. Hallway carpets old and stained. Walls are thin, we could hear the noise outside and our drunk neighbors all night. The bathrooms lack ventilation and the grout looks old/dirty/patched with wrong color. I expected more.

Realicé una queja puesto que afuera de mi habitación en segundo piso, dejaron toallas con pop0 afuera de nuestra habitación (viajé con mi esposo). Mi esposo se dispuso a salir al gym del hotel y como pusimos letrero de "no molestar", pensamos que personal de limpieza había dejado toallas limpias afuera de la habitación (pues estaban acomodadas), cuando las alzó y vio que tenían pop0, las aventó y parte de eso cayó a la entrada del cuarto (justo a la orilla de la puerta). Llamé a recepción para informar, pedí limpieza y luego cambio de cuarto, pues el olor ya era muy feo en todo el piso. Pedí revisaran las cámaras. El manager en turno me dijo "no hay en pasillos pues la ley no lo permite". ¡Mentiras!, la ley no permite tener cámaras, pero es dentro las habitaciones, pero si se puede en los pasillos, ya que aparte en los elevadores no funcionaban los controles de acceso de llave (cualquier persona puede ingresar a los pisos de las habitaciones del hotel), en los pasillos de hoteles pueden ocurrir cosas, y la situación en Portland ya siendo una ciudad muy desolada (eso me pareció), y si hubieran tenido cámaras, se hubieran percatado quien hizo eso. ¿Eso pudo haberlo hecho algún huésped, algún empleado? no lo sé, no quiero pensar que haya sido un acto de discriminación, ni de alguien insano, que para el caso es lo mismo.

This hotel does not have ac. Its old rundown and dirty. Would stay absolutely anywhere else. Fire alarm went off multiple times overnight and had to evacuate rooms. Homeless in parking area. AVOID!

Such a cute hotel! We had a great stay. Sadly missed out on the cookies by minutes (3:30-6:30pm) but the complimentary beer/wine, the soft bedding and towels, free water bottles/easy refills and more made this a unique stay that stands out compared the to other hotels. The location is an easy walk to the river and to restaurants downtown. Super friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the other amenities. We would 100% return and look for their hotels in other cities. (Note - parking on ground level was tight but the underground level accessible from the side of the building had plenty of space. Since it isn’t accessible from the ground lot, it made us panic for a minute that there was no parking.)

Shower pressure could be better but a excellent staff

Hotel was super cute, room was really nice. The only thing I’d say is the lighting in the bathroom was really dim which sucked for doing hair/makeup for a night out. Theres homeless people everywhere but you’re in Portland so what do you expect I guess. Otherwise the food was fantastic and the staff were friendly.

Everyone was sweet! The cookies were delicious, rooms were clean and cozy and the view of the river was glorious to wake up to every morning. I hope to get to stay there again!
