le menage etait fait repidement tous les 2 jours. Tout l'hotel est a renover. Moquette sale et usee. Impossible d'avoir des apps sur la TV de la chambre. J'ai ete reveillee a plusieurs reprises par des groupes qui arrivaient en pleine nuit . Et comble de tout, il ne sont pas capable de nous renseigner en cas de rage de dents; La reponse : vous avez Goggle, je vous conseille de faire une recherche. L'imprimante de l'open space manquait d'encre, il a fallut envoyer un email a la reception, pour lui demander d'imprimer a notre place 2 feuilles desquelles nous avions besoin. Aucun room service, si vous avez fin a 10 heures du soir apres un long voyage, vous attendrez le lendemain. Le rapport qualite prix est tres mauvais.

The best things about this place is the location - easy access to slopes and the ski base. It’s also right next to the Aspen bus stop. Very easy to get around. No need for a car. The hot tub was amazing. The rooms are outdated and old but the bed was comfortable. Hits all the right things for a ski hotel. Hotel restaurant was decent.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Stonebridge Inn. Very close to the mall and base via bus or walking. Bus stop outside of hotel made it very easy to go anywhere, direct to Aspen or shopping/restaurants. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool. The room is on the smaller side but perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful. Renovated lobby and new restaurant (Heather's).

The shuttle app made it very easy to call a ride from the hotel.

We were really happy with the location of Stonebridge Inn (essentially ski-on/ski-off), the restaurant, the ski storage and the convenience of the free shuttle! We also think the hotel is great value for money, especially in the area. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location.

We have been coming to Snowmass Village for 30 years, first time at the Stonebridge Inn. The location is great, easy access to slopes, Base Village and the Mall. The new restaurant, Heathers, was fun, music Wed-Sun and all the artists were very enjoyable.

I actually really liked this property and the convenience. Right by the slopes!!!! Staff was nice and they redid the lobby area so super cute. If I had one complaint, the actual room was too hot and this is during the winter months so we opened the window but then it was kind of loud with the cars going by in the evening. But I heard the are redoing the rooms which might be super nice!!!

What an amazing lodge. We loved it! East transport from the airport, close to everything, great restaurant on site. Will be back!

Excellent hotel for a family ski trip. Right beside the mountain.

walkable distance to many places. Good transportation options like free shuttles to many places. Great things included in hotel like pool gym and restaurant.
