少し広いスタンダードスイートを、予約してました．チェックインして、部屋に入ったら、キッチンのコンロと食洗機が、故障してました．食洗機は、汚れていました．食洗機の茶色錆が、漏れて汚れていた．フライパンとコンロも老朽化により、サビサビで汚れていました。．部屋の変更を希望しましたが、同じ部屋が空いてなく、小さいスタンダードの部屋に移動．金額は、同じらしいです．本当は、違います．1番、困ったのは、5stayしたのですが、タオルの交換が一度もしてもらえなかったことです．フロントにタオルチェンジしてほしいというと、ハウスキーパーがいないと言いますちなみに昼の１時半なので、ハウスキーパーはいます。部屋の前にいるハウスキーパーに言うと、フロントに言ってくれと言う．何度も、言いましたが、どちらも、押し付け合いしていて、宿泊所として、機能してません！フロントの横に、カゴを置いて、古いタオルと新しいタオルを交換するようにしたらどうですか？ 結局、湿ったタオル１枚で5日間、すごしました。 洗濯機も、掃除してないので汚かったです．乾燥機は、埃だらけです．宿泊者の安全と健康を大切にしてください。 カールスバッドには、何度も来てますが、このモーテルかホテルに泊まることはありません．天井も高く、建物はしっかりしているのにスタッフがダメ！今後、泊まる人のために、オーナーには、改善を求めます！

部屋に入ってみたら、トイレから流れっぱなしの音がしていた。フラッシュさせるレバーが戻りにくくなっていたのが原因。強引に戻せば流れは止まった。部屋はキッチンもあり、フロントの横や近くのコンビニから材料を買ってくれば部屋で簡単な食事ができる。ただし私の部屋のキッチンの電灯がつかなかったようで使いにくかった。風呂はシャワーだけ、使おうと思ったらシャンプーなど全くなかったのでフロントに取りに行く行った。床のカーペットはもっと丁寧に掃除機をかけた方がいい。裸足で歩くと時々小さなゴミなどを感じることがある。フロントの人はちゃんと仕事はしてくれるが、愛想のいいことを期待しない方がいい。

This hotel is very dirty and disgusting. The carpet in hallways smell bad. The couch in the room was stained and torn. The towels and bed sheets were also stained. Our room didnt have a desk chair, phone or DVD player like listed in the amenities. The kitchen cabinets and outside of the fridge were super dirty, stains dripping down. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. We booked and paid for a suit and were given a standard room so watch out with the scammers at this hotel. The guy working the counter in the evening was super RUDE! When i brought up being given the wrong room, he asked how do i know its wrong. I told him it doesnt look like the pictures from the site where i booked the room. All he was "oh, the pictures, those arent updated and i dont know why they're still up." Were only given 3 towels in the entire room. Everytime we asked for more towels, he gave us attitude. The second time he said they didnt have any and "didnt know where the towels were." When we demanded more towels, we walked to room behind the counter and all of a sudden found more towels.

This place is a dump and very gross. The rooms are dirty, the towels are dirty and when asked for clean ones they did not have any and gave me bathmats. Those are not towels. I had to ask for items that should have all ready been in the room

The place is nothing what it shows in the pictures. It’s is gross dirty and smells horrible. The pool doesn’t even have water in it.

What I like about it are the kitchen facilities! The problem is the room heater did not work and luke warm water at best 2 nights.

For the money, it could not be beat. The carpeting needed some help, but the kitchen was very handy, and a walk-in shower is hard to find. The location was terrific. I did not check out the pool, but it appeared to be nice as I walked by.

The location of this place is excellent. Everything we had plan to visit was nearby. But other than that, we had some issues. Door lock had some issues reading the key card and we found some roaches wondering in the kitchen area and also in the bathroom sink. And I think the cleaner forgot to take the dirty cloth after cleaning, they just left at the kitchen sink.

I did not like that we constantly had problems getting the door lock to read the key card,then on one occasion the door was stuck as if it was locked from the inside but none of us were inside,when we had the clerk come up to see what the problem was he was clueless as to why it would not open nor did he have a solution other than to call his boss who didn't answer,some how while we waited I heard the lock click and then when we tried it it opened. Also we discovered 3 roaches that night and the next several small ones all over the kitchenette counters and coming out of the coffee maker,and toaster!! Luckily we ended up not using any of these appliances as we had originally planned!!!! The location was the best thing about it.

This place is not worth the stay, thankfully we booked through Expedia. One room didn’t have working ac, the other didn’t have a working toilet, we didn’t receive the rooms we initially booked, and the place was infested with roaches. Please read reviews before booking with this hotel.

Pool out of service. Carpet is filthy. Sofa was incredibly dirty and smelly. Only one towel was provided for a room for two. Tons of people seemed to be running the halls during the night. No longer provides breakfast.

The room was dirty. Hair in the sink and bathtub. Cigarette butts in the window track. Furniture in bad shape. Stains on the bed. Requested a room change. Front desk staff refused. Very unfriendly! drove 5 hours back home! I was not going to have my young children sleep in filth! This place ruined our vacation! I will be making a formal complaint to the county health dept. I took lots of pictures.

The worst hotel ever

The room was full of roaches, one of the two sinc was clogged water was not draining I would not recommend the place.

Stinky messy dirty & need major renovation

This place was very dirt and had bugs.

The kitchen area has been broken down for 6 years now. The ice machine has been broken for 5 yrs now. Walls are like paper upstair and down stairs. Poorly take.care of. Its a motel 6 . Not marbrisa .motel 6 people live their like apartments. not hotel.

Well didn't expect to be sharing the room with roaches. Couldn't fall asleep afraid they were going to get on us as we were sleeping. Didn't want to walk around as there were several on the floor, walls and restroom. Had to leave lights on. We told mgmt. but they didn't have anyone else available so we had to stay there. I liked how the outside looked but the issue was in the rooms. The sofa looked like a cat had gotten to it. Sad it could be a nice place if they kept it up.
