I love it here! It's the cheapest, cleanest, nicest hotel in the area. It has a full kitchen. Nice clean spacious new remodel rooms. Bed was very comfortable and clean linens. Location is excellent with around 500 restaurants and big mall within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The place is clean and new, spacious and welcoming! The staff, as mentioned, is phenomenal! Everything you need is in this hotel and if you should need anything else, the staff will go out their way to problem solve and help you! Professional, well maintained, and centrally located in Chattanooga. You won't regret a stay here, it's home away from home! Rooms are so much better than your typical hotel. Amazing.

Is pretty good there's a washer and dryer here there's a TV and air conditioner small kitchen. The people really nice you don't get bothered much. It's close to everything so everything you need is a walk away. the beds are nice they have good deals and if something's wrong with your room they'll fix it or help you out it's pretty good

The rooms are very clean and bug free they don't have an oven but then have a cook top microwave and fridge that get the job done

The place is being renovated. There is crap in the parking spots. There was black mold in the shower. There were bugs (bedbugs?) crawling thru the room.

The place is under construction and run down. The residents that stay there were sweet, but were smoking marijauna outside the entire time. The property is infested with roaches. You also have to ask for towels and trade them in everyday. You only get two and don’t get one to put on the floor. Once you use those you have to give them back next morning for a trade out. Our room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were dead flies in the shower. Your roach friends like to check up on you constantly throughout the time of your stay to see how you are doing. The AC Unit also had mold in it as well, and leaked constantly. Our kitchenette sink did not work so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The best thing about the stay here is that the shower has a handle and the tub is low. Overall, just would not recommend.

My stay has been amazing. The rooms are very spacious and well kept. The staff, the manager, the housekeeper are so kind and helpful with any matter that may come up. From picking up my packages to an extra towel, they have your back. Everyone are so friendly and personal. I highly recommend this location.

We did not stay. I’ve tried to contact you but can’t seem to get a live person. The hotel was so bad. There were what looked like homeless people outside my door with a boom box doing drugs. I was followed down the steps as I was leaving to the car. I went to the window and rang the bell for 10 minutes. No one showed so I left.

We did not stay because the room was dirty with visible bugs crawling in room. Lights didn’t work, no towels/ linens. You have to talk to a clerk through plexiglass window. Requested refund multiple times. Very rude. Would not provide any administrative contacts

No towels no shower curtain no soap. I had to ask for towels and shower curtain. Gap under the door some bugs

Customer service was friendly, Alex helped me check in and out and i am grateful for him. The location is safe, the room was very clean for me and extremely comfortable as well. I highly recommend this professional establishment and if I come back to Chattanooga, Tennessee, this hotel close to everything. Thank u again to the amazing staff that helped me during my stay there, highly satisfied customer.

The staff was very helpful, kind, and good. The room was spacious, tidy, and cozy. The bed was really comfortable. The price was excellent. ideally situated for everything, with plenty of dining and shopping options close by. When I visit, I will most certainly stay. These are excellent hotels to stay in if you or your loved ones ever need a room the size of an apartment with a functional kitchen! They even advertise that you can use the facilities in the common kitchen.

I have been here since January and the staff is awesome. The rooms are clean. They go above and beyond to make sure you are Satisfied By far the best I have ever stayed at for a long period of time. Highly recommend.

Had a very friendly staff and the room was very clean. It has a mini kitchen which I find to be essentially while staying out of town. The location is convenient to all of Chattanoogas attractions and super close to hamilton place mall.

You have to pay $10 a day to park in the parking lot at the hotel you already paid for. No free breakfast of any kind.

Checked in was fast and easy. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Pricing was great. very convenient location to everything with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. I'll definitely will be staying when coming If you ever need a space as big as an apartment with a working kitchen to provide for you or your loved ones, these are great hotels to go to! They even advertise that you can borrow common kitchen amenities. This is a great place to go if you feel like hanging out in the room and decompressing before hitting downtown Chattanooga. This property is very tired and not well cared for. We get what we pay for, and I didn't pay very much for the room.
