Great porch to sit

Stayed for 2 nights with kids, memorial day weekend. Pool bars were buzy to get lemonades and foid 1.5hrs wait time. But atmosphere and clean overall. We rented bicycles, ate great food, pool during the day, jacuzzi at night. It was a blast. Just what we needed before school year starts 🙌

Great time, excellent for families with children

Beautiful rustic style room with nice fireplace and large bathroom with separate shower and tub. Nice view of the golf course. I liked the easy check out where you can do it on your phone. So beautiful in Sun River!!!

To much dust over on the fans .

When booking make sure you pick the River Lodge - a lot of the properties have similar names. I was so afraid it would be noisy but I’m convinced the people reporting noise were at a different location. I stayed at the River Lodge on a busy weekend in August and it was super quiet & tranquil. On Friday night I did hear some music coming from the nearby Mt Bachelor lawn but it was done by 10pm (& luckily I actually liked their playlist so it worked out). The amenities were lovely - robe, slippers, bath salts, microwave & mini fridge for my cocktails, special hot tub just for River Lodge guests…the fitness center was less modern and smaller than I expected BUT has full indoor courts if you like that, and plenty of running/cycling trails. I didn’t try the hotel food or pool, but enjoyed the view of the golf course from my private deck. Bed was comfortable, the bathtub was deep & roomy, and shower had great water pressure! Cute nespresso machine made excellent coffee & the concierge kept me fully stocked. Highly recommend!

We loved this property! Wow! The best of family fun, with biking, horse riding, rafting, swimming, natural beauty surrounding, and close access to Bend. The nature element is so beautiful. Be prepared to overpay for everything, but the experience is quite magical. Will definitely return!

Pristine property - loads of walking or biking trails, excellent food!! Convenient groceries... We stayed at the River Lodge and the room was big and well equiped.

Excellent concert

I didn’t like that they gave our room away and we had to change rooms twice and I didn’t like that when I booked a lane at the pool lap the attendant had to tell me to exit because she booked me at the wrong time. I also didn’t like that our key cards didn’t work at one point and someone had to bring us new ones. Other than that it was cool.

Great way to spend a vacation

The bed was very comfortable and the people who work there were all super nice and kind.

Beautiful grounds, clean facilities, comfy beds with friendly staff and stunning sunsets.

We had an upstairs condo double room. The room was tiny, bathroom was so small, the sink was in the entryway. Old buildings, but nicely upgraded and bedding was comfortable. The pool was fun, but expect toddlers running around and the water to be murky. It was fun to rent bikes and cruise around the expansive property. But as a captive audience of Sunriver, expect to pay extra for everything and don’t be surprised when you spend $42 for two hot dogs at the Cove Poolside restaurant. Seriously, the most expensive hot dogs in the country!

Great place. Amazing customer service. But could benefit from some updates. Very outdated. The bathroom shower curtain smelled sour. Very comfortable bed.

Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm.

Incredible grounds. Lots of restaurant choices. Beautiful pool. Gorgeous golf course. Pet friendly!

We have stayed here numerous times. We always stay at the River Lodge. The rooms are very nice but getting tired with worn furniture and carpeting. Many spiders and Silverfish were staying with us too. Not a comfortable situation. It was brought to front desk attention. The Sun River was loaded with algae and mosquitoes. You could not sit on the patio comfortably. I'm allergic to mosquitoe bites. We were there 2 nights. Way overpriced. The grounds are well kept and a pleasure to walk.
