Super 8 by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport

We were to stay at Motel 8 but they only had a king on 2nd floor, we are not able to carry the luggage. They moved us next door to Days Inn, 1st floor, but queen beds. The dresser did not have a bottom in it. Everytime we left the room the keys would not work, There was no Ice, you had to walk back to Motel 8. They told us someone would look at the door, never did, really angry about that. Went to check out and speak to the manager. No one there so we left. I would like a refund for my aggravation, plus my 100 deposit.

Usually I love Super 8, but this one is disappointing. A/C on full blows cool (not cold) air. I’m roasting; it’s gotta be 80 F in here. Have the WiFi password, but still can’t get in.

torn bedding, broken furniture, plastic covering the smoke detector, generally everything run down and in disrepair. Breakfast seemed unsafe to eat.

The room and grounds were in disrepair. Duck Tape held the door lock together. The fire alarm was disconnected. They advertise breakfast, no breakfast. Yikes!

Did not check in because the room had no air condition and it’s 102 degrees so, I ended up going to a different hotel but Expedia already charged my credit card

The gentleman checking me in was amazing, the room wasn’t the best it definitely was one of the you get what you pay for but in room 218 the air did not work which was my only issue I knew it wasn’t a 4 and 5 star room other than that great staff!

The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Worth every penny!

Didn’t like the place at all

At first they couldn’t find the reservation. Then they said we canceled. Refused to give a room. Only after we called Expedia to get refund did they tell Expedia that they overbooked and that THEY canceled the reservation. They were rude liars who wanted to deny the room AND keep the money. Scammers. Don’t go near thus property

Property not recommended

From the moment we got here we knew it was budget, and that was ok, but it couldn’t deliver on most basic motel needs. I booked 2 rooms, and both were in the same condition: no air conditioning, no working tv, no towels, a shower curtain that was too far away from the tub to actually be a shower curtain, and two throw pillows on the king beds. To cool the room in 90° heat we opened a window that had no screen on it on the top floor, and crack our door to get a cross breeze. I think I slept maybe 1.5 hours? The freeway was too loud since the air conditioning was out and the window was open. Just don’t book here. Sleep in your car, that would be more restful.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Stained carpet, toilet seat with spots of no paint on it . pillow cases on inside out. Bedspread looks gross. curtains have holes. Sheets were clean, AC worked it was 1230am. I was tired from delayed flights all day.

Muy mal al entrar a la habitación faltaban muchas cosas de la habitación la cual me hizo sentir mal a parte de pertenencia que no eran mis de tras de la nevera es decir que el equipo de limpieza no hace bien su trabajo

this is the most unsafe and nasty place I've ever stayed at..

The room carpet was terrible. Sticky and more stains. Not much options on breakfast.

Room was clean but lacked trash cans, sheet was torn, and 2 pillows had covers but not pillowcases.

What i didnt like is that they dont have breakfast it says super breakfast which is oatmeal and cofee and stale cereal. Our room stunk like someone sat and smoked a carton of cigarettes in there the carpet was sticky good thing the beds were clean that's the only thing i could say nice about it. When leaving there was a homeless lady pooping outside next to the door where me and my little boy had just walked out of its the side door towards the back so gross!
