The room was spacious, clean and comfortable

The cleanliness of my room was good, but not very good or excellent. There were some residues on the bed spread of the bed I didn't use. Ditto for the rug. The toilet seat was broken and pinched my butt when I sat on it. My main complaint was there was no food for breakfast that was not toxic to me. I can't eat sugars and refined starches. An egg would have been welcome.

Floor was dirty and sticky. Beds felt like there were bugs crawling all over but nothing found. Pool was also closed.

Staff very disrespectful and rude

I asked for towels and toilet paper, via text, to which I was never responded. The day after checking in, I was woken up by maintenance banging on the door with a clipboard, whom I thought was responding to my earlier message about towels and TP, but instead they denied my request and told me it was time to leave when I still had 2 days on my reservation. I had to argue with the blonde gentleman and tell him I still had 2 more days; he said he’d be back with clarification and never returned after I stood in the doorway for 20 minutes waiting to know if I was supposed to stay or go. A different maintenance guy showed up so I asked him, and he said I wasn’t on his list. Finally, on the third day, both of our keys stopped working so we were locked out of our room and had to get them reprogrammed.

Everything was great but why do i have a $61 charge from expedia and $51 charge from the motel for the same room. That's the only reason for the poor rating

It was not very clean at all. The mattress covers were stained terribly. The shower would not drain properly. Also the language barrier was very bad. I would not stay there again even if the room was free

We chose this site as I stayed before here. The pool was closed and that was the reason we came. They never had that on the site we booked from. Then the heater didn't work in the room, blow cold air all night. We didn't have plans to do anything but swim so I had to spend extra money to go somewhere for the evening. I was very disappointed as I had kids with me who was looking forward to this weekend.

Dirty, our toilet didn't work, our bathroom was dirty, room next door partied loudly until 5 am, breakfast are was not cleaned at all trash everywhere. Find somewhere else.

The Television in my room continued to FREEZE the frames for 5 seconds to as long as 3 minutes. I stayed 3 nights and despite numerous calls to the front desk, the TV picture frame freezing continued. I texted photos of the frozen frames but no response. The front desk said that it was a CABLE TV problem due to the "wind". The TV Channels were not on Cable- but on an ANALOG antenna. I travel to Columbia once per month so I will stay at another hotel.

Can’t beat the price!!! But they definitely could use some new towels 😕

Nice and welcomjng

Booked a stay here so our kids could use the indoor pool between games for state. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool was closed and asked for our money back since that was literally the only reason we booked a room there. The owner informed us that he would cancel the room and notify the third party, expedia, so I could receive a refund. They failed to notify Expedia and I was out over $300 and had to spend another $300 on a room elsewhere.

We got to the hotel to check in, we get to the room to check the room out and the beds in one room has hair strands all in the bed,floor wasn’t swept, empty bottles behind the tv. And The tub was dirty. Rooms was not cleaned at all.

Unfortunately all amenities were poor. The pool was indefinitely out of service, breakfast was cereal or toast only, the room was dirty with used toilet plunger and a sticky bathroom floor, and the AC unit did not work. We had to ask for blankets for the beds other than a single bedsheet and thin mattress topper provided. But the shower and tub worked fine, the room size was good, and it was a quiet stay.

We found trash under the bed. Pool was closed with no notification. Staff called out my room number to the entire lobby which made me feel unsafe. I stayed for 3 days and not once did I get clean towels or room service. Upon check in the clerk was unkept and seemed distracted with another worker as they were having a conversation with someone on the phone.

Checkin was easy but noticed right off the bat that the pool was closed, it never opened the whole time we stayed. Also the breakfast was crap all they had was cereal or waffles. Juice machine was out of order. Room smelled of bleach but was dirty. Tile floor was sticky and could see hair all over. Carpet had crumbs on it. I don’t think the filters in the air conditioner had ever been cleaned, it was thick on there. Bright light shined from the Harley shop next door straight into my window! People staying above us stomped their feet all night long.

Rooms are not cleaned well and really put dated The front desk ppl are rude and unwilling to help you in anyway

The pool and hot tube were out of service. We had to get a new room because the bathroom was back up when we got to are room

It just fit our needs good prices and friendly staff
