We got delayed crossing into the US from Canada. We didn’t arrive to the hotel until almost 3:30 in the morning. The night time attendant was kind and courteous and helped us get checked in quickly so we could get to bed after traveling all day. The rooms are a little outdated but as clean as can be expected. The shower was nice and hot and the bed was very comfortable. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely spend the night at this hotel!

My 2nd time at this hotel. It was very booked & yet, there was always service with a smile and an effort to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Will def go there again.

◆シャワーの水量や水圧、温度調整がどの高級ホテルよりもGOODでした！
◆部屋は古いし臭い。
◆真ん前にマクドナルドあり。便利だけど夜遅くまで人がいるしホテル周りで休憩？してる人もいたので少しだけ不安だった。

Really small bathroom.Sink is 2’ off the ground. I am 6 foot one when I go to brush my teeth. The sink is down at my knees. Why would the sink be that low? No grab bars in the shower I thought that was cold in New York ?

The area is definitely sketchy...however, if you are not looking to wander around and just looking for a place to shower and sleep it will do. The bathrooms are small but were clean. Faucets, sink, and toilet are old, caulking around the sink looks like a 5yr old did it and the pillows look like couch pillows with cases on them.. It has old carpet in the rooms, hallway and elevator so you get that dirty feeling while getting the room. With a little tlc this place would get a better rating. Would not recommend for people with small children or for anyone over the age of 60.

Great location and value and airport shuttle. Staff at check in and check out were friendly, professional and made sure my 4:30am shuttle was reserved and updated me on arrival. Good dining options to walk to although it is a major road without sidewalks. Still worked well!
